Release!
A psalm to praise and sing to God aloud.
Release
I’m taking all these cares of the world
And placing them at Your Feet
They never were mine to begin with—
It was all a lie from the enemy
So I repent, renounce and release
Yes, release, every single one
That has ever held me back
I release it all to You, LORD JESUS
The veil has lifted
Truth is calling my name
Light is cutting through the darkness
My true identity no longer hidden
Instead of lies, there is love
Instead of pressure, there is rest
Instead of fear, there is boldness
Instead of death, there is life
Release, release
Sweet release….
Release, release
Sweet release….
With healing in His Wings…
Oh my heart is glad—
The hurt is gone
Oh my soul sings—
The sadness is gone
Oh my mind is full of peace—
The confusion has cleared
Release, release
Sweet release….
Release, release
Sweet release….
Release, release
Sweet release….
With healing in His Wings…
The Sun of Righteousness has arrived with healing in His Wings
Oh I lean on You, LORD JESUS
I cast all my worries upon You
I am like the flowers in the field
Clothed in the Father’s Glory
Splendorous and full of beauty…
Release, release
Sweet release….
Release, release
Sweet release….
With healing in His Wings…
I’m taking all these cares of the world
And placing them at Your Feet
They never were mine to begin with—
It was all a lie from the enemy
So I repent, renounce and release
Yes, release, every single one
That has ever held me back
I release it all to You, LORD JESUS
Release, release
Sweet release….
Release, release
Sweet release…. I step into my true identity
With healing in His Wings…
At last,
The Sun of Righteousness has arrived with healing in His Wings…
“But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.” Malachi 4:2 NKJV.
“Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” John 8:36 NKJV.
“And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.” Acts 9:17-18 NKJV.
“…to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.” Acts 26:18 NKJV.
“…casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7 NKJV.
“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [l]arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:28-34 NKJV.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV.
“And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”” Luke 10:41-42 NKJV.
