Revelation Knowledge: The Results of Praying in Tongues
Celeste and I were driving in the car going to town some time ago, when God revealed to us a very real revelation.
As I drove,… I heard in my spirit, words that said: “Have Celeste open the Bible and read 1 Corinthians 2….. Out loud. And…” He went on…. “While she reads out loud, I want you to pray in tongues.”
I told Celeste what I had heard Him say, so she turned in the Bible (which we normally carry with us everywhere we go) to the passage found in 1 Corinthians 2.
Beginning to read out loud…. And I begin to pray in prayer tongues, out loud, too, it all sounded rather confusing, (if you had been there you might have said, “Stop, this it is confusion!).
But suddenly as we drove read and prayed, Celeste said, “Wow…. I have never understood this before!”
She was so excited as she began to explain what she was understanding about the verses jumping out in Revelation Knowledge (spiritual understanding).
That day, we were taught a very valuable lesson.
When you read the scriptures, pray over them in your prayer tongue!
The thing that happens then, is the Holy Spirit reveals truth, which the common man cannot understand.
Now let us look at some of the verses the Spirit had us reading and praying over to see what they say:
“…… howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: but we speak the Wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.
But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned….” 1 Corinthians 2:6-14.

Clearly Celeste saw things deeper than ever before, and that only given by the Holy Spirit.
Remember…. Praying in Tongues is when the Holy Spirit prays a perfect prayer and reveals mysteries!
She had read that passage many times, but, on this day…. suddenly she saw and understood more that ever before!
It should not be a surprise seeing the very passage tells us only the Holy Spirit can reveal the word of God.
Natural man can not even know the scriptures without the spiritual revelation. Then, pray tell me… Why we do not use our prayer language more when we study the word?
Today, almost every time I talk about speaking in tongues, I hear many say, “Oh, I can, but it has been a long time, and I have gotten away from doing that!”

When the Holy Spirit speaks it is a ‘known’ laungage which is spoken through the servant of the Lord but it is not the laungage which the servant have any knowledge of. It is as if I who speaks swedish suddenly shall begin to speak a laungage I can not understand myself, for example french to a french person and that person should hear God speak through me and by that testify that ‘God is in me’.
“They were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other (other,not ‘unknown’ tongues 1 Corinthians 14:2) tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
“there were dwelling men, out OF EVERY NATION under heaven.
“every man HEARD THEM SPEAK in HIS OWN LANGUAGE.
“and they were amazed and said how hear we every man IN OUR OWN TONGUE WHEREIN WE WERE BORN?
we do hear them speak IN OUR TONGUES THE WONDERFUL WORKS OF GOD….” Acts.2:4-11.
Why this is on ‘Pentecost’ which is 50 days after Easter is because of that fifth day (one day is still everywhere where a ‘day’ is mentioned in the Bible 1000 years to the Lord) is a day of jubilee, the day when everyone shall return to their families’. We are not there yet because God says that he declares the end from the beginning which means that we shall understand the Word from His and not from our view:
“and ye have hallowed the year, the fiftieth year; and ye have proclaimed liberty in the land to all its inhabitants; a jubilee it is to you; and ye have turned back each unto his possession; yea, each unto his family ye do turn back. Leviticus 25:10.
The Pentecost church has – with the unknown tongue which no man understand doctrine – totally been led into deception because speaking sounds which has no meaning is indeed mysteries (and barbarian) ‘to’ God not mysteries ‘from’ God! And what kind of ‘mysteries’ should we have which God who knows every thought and see all our heart needs to give us an unknown speech for to speak to Him about? why should God give us an NOT understandable speech for that the devil shall (as often claimed) ‘not understand’ and then tell us to interpret the same speech?
Spiritual life and spiritual death is in the tounge;
“he that speaketh in an ‘unknown’ tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries,” (to God, not from God), 1 Corinthians 14:2.
“Even things without (spiritual)life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?” 1 Corinthians 14:7.
“Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice (because he speaks mysteries), I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me,” 1 Corinthians 14:11.
“if the trumpet (which we are) give an uncertain (mysteries, barbarian) sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?” 1 Corinthians 14:8.
The man made tongue speaking doctrine also claims that Mark.16:17 means that the believer shall speak in some not understandable language and then cast out demons but the true interpretation is that when we are obedient to the voice of God we are automatically walking ‘in the name of Jesus’ and by hearing and obeying our own demons are cast out from our minds and then we begin to speak with new(NOT an unknown) tongue which according to the Greek origin word means a regenerated tongue which is the same as to speak only what God tell us to speak. We do not longer speak our own words but God’s Words (God’s revealed teaching)
“these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues”
The ‘tounge speakers’ may have revelations but they still not have the revelations needed for to understand Pauls teaching about the ‘tounge’.
Therefore I will say that Joshua 1:8 is what every believer must understand:
Do not claim that you can speak anything from God’s Word before you have meditated on it night and day and the Spirit of Truth has (over and over again) revealed its true meaning. If we speak without such revelation we are actually liars!
