I’ve been receiving some Revelation about and from The Father lately.

It’s a little hard to put to words, but I will endeavor to do so. Since my last post about the Godhead, “The Unity of The Godhead,“ He began showing me more about Himself and The Godhead.

I believe we are in a time when The Father will be revealing much more about Himself to The Body.

It’s time to get past all the religious, man-created ideas about Who He Is!

He desires to have real connection with us, direct connection, so that we can have a more complete understanding of Who He really Is!

Simply seeking Him out and spending time in His Presence brings Revelation about Him.

The Father is Steady, full of Peace, not moved by emotional swings, yet His Love is palpable and dictates all He does.

When in His Presence, you have the unshakable sense that He Is Safe and Dependable! His Holiness takes your breath away, and He is manifest in a Weighty Glory.

He moves about in His work with perfect purpose, and is serious about all He does. He is always available through Jesus — no appointment needed! He awaits us with open Arms just as the father of the prodigal son.

He is Mysterious, yet very familiar, the kind of familiarity that when we finally are able to stand before His throne at the end of this life, we will say,

“It’s You! I know You! You’ve been there all along!

You never left me. You were always my breath and my heartbeat; my very being has Your Fingerprints all over it!

Thank You for loving me! Thank You for sending us Your Son!”

Jesus’ very Person is the Father and Holy Spirit personified.

“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;” Colossians 2:9

He chose to come to us as a vulnerable baby, in the care of frail humans, to be raised, grow and become the Sacrificial Lamb, born in a stable (just as a lamb) for us so that we can, once again, walk in the Fullness with the Godhead and His Kingdom.

He chose to come, leaving the immediate presence of The Father and Holy Spirit, where He had already spent an eternity.

He Is Love personified and He Is Passion personified, proven by the scars He carries on His Hands, His Back, His Feet; the King of Glory allowed Himself to suffer and die the death of criminals to save us. He IS Altogether Lovely!

Then there is the Mysterious Holy Spirit. He is all the things that The Father and the Son Are. He moves in mysterious ways.

Scripture tells us He moves as the wind (Acts 2:2). He is full of Power and Might. He Is Joy! (Acts 13:52)

He Is our Baptism. (Mark 1:8) He is Exceedingly Kind! He comes to live inside of us (when invited), resting on Christ in us, to help us, guide us, lead us.

I’m always in awe that He puts up with me, so patient in leading me in the paths of righteousness.

One day I asked Him to show me what He looks like so that I could have a better grasp of Who He Is!

Not long afterwards, the song “Ring of Fire” popped into my head, as sung by Johnny Cash.

I don’t listen to Johnny Cash music, but I am familiar with the song. I knew it was Him answering my request.

Not long afterwards, I was watching Kat Kerr on Elijah Streams, and at the end, she showed a painting of what The Holy Spirit looks like, and there He was — a Ring of Blue Fire.

Wow! It was confirmed. I was thrilled and awed by His Faithfulness.

Indeed, neither the Father nor The Holy Spirit would be available to us, but for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

His sacrifice was not only His suffering and death,( even though that’s more than enough), but His willingness to come as a Baby and live as one of us in this fallen world.

Thank you, Jesus! Thank You, King of Glory!

You Are Worthy of all the glory, the honor and the praise! You Are worthy for us to give You our lives, as You gave Yours for us!

“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6
