Seedtime and Harvest
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
Seedtime and Harvest
O LORD, I am Your faithful servant
O LORD, I am Your Kingdom Builder
I shall not forget what you have done for me:
The bounty and blessings You have given me
For Seedtime and Harvest
What you have blessed me, I shall be a good steward of
What you have given me, I shall give according to Your Instructions
What You have given me, I shall cheerfully be a blessing to others
For freely have I been given, so freely shall I give
O LORD, I am Your faithful servant!
For the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few
I sing over the ripened, white fields
Praising Your Holy Name
Testifying of all Your Marvelous Deeds
For You, O LORD, are the Truth, the Way and the Life!
It is time! Time to go forth and bring in the harvest!
All for His Kingdom!
All for His Glory!
Every precious soul!
For it is Seedtime and Harvest!
Oh use what He has given you
Oh use it graciously and wisely
Oh use it to magnify His Kingdom
Oh use it to declare His Glory!
For it is Seedtime and Harvest!
Awaken sleepers!
Awaken to His Truth and Love!
Awaken to a new and better life!
Awaken all!
Awaken sleepers!
Awaken to His Truth and Love!
Awaken to a new and better life!
Awaken all!
It is time! Time to go forth and bring in the harvest!
All for His Kingdom!
All for His Glory!
Every precious soul!
For it is Seedtime and Harvest!
O LORD, I am Your faithful servant
O LORD, I am Your Kingdom Builder
For Seedtime and Harvest
It is time to awaken the sleepers!
It is time to bring in the lost!
It is time for His Glory to fill the whole earth!
Awaken!
Awaken!
Awaken!
Let the Glory of the LORD shine upon you!
For it is Seedtime and Harvest
O LORD, I am Your faithful servant
O LORD, I am Your Kingdom Builder
O LORD, here I am
For Seedtime and Harvest
“Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.” Romans 12:6-8.
“For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money.“ Matthew 25:14-30.
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies — in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16.
“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” 1 Corinthians 4:2.
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7.
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24.
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”” Matthew 9:37-38.
“Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest. Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together.” John 4:35-36.
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around, and see; they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried on the hip. Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.” Isaiah 60:1-5.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9.
“Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.” 2 Corinthians 9:10.
“As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and hot, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.” Genesis 8:22.
“Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other. Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven. The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.” Psalm 85:10-12.
