No matter how impossible it may seem to the dulled and raging minds of this crushing world, it’s still for those who are abandoned and yielded to Jesus Christ, a blessed and absolute reality for a child of God to trust that their faith in God’s love can cause them to sing through the days of sorrow, “all is well”.

A little girl taking piano lessons told her music teacher that it hurt her fingers to practice the piano.

The teacher answered, “I know it hurts, but it strengthens them too!“

Then the child answered without knowing her wisdom, the philosophy that many have yet to learn throughout the ages.

Her reply was “Teacher, it seems that everything that strengthens, hurts.“

God never wastes his children’s pain.

I am convinced that any suffering we endure is less than nothing compared to the magnitude of glory that is about to be unveiled within us.

I really like this statement from Francis Frangipane. He said.

“There is a principle here that, once understood, will lead to victory in our battles. If we endure, if we climb higher into God, if we refuse to lose our trust in God, a time will come when the Ancient of Days enters our circumstances.

Looking at our newly developed character, which has grown strong through perseverance, He will pass judgment in favor of our cause. God looks at our character, forged in the fire of overpowering delays and battle, and says, “Good, this is what I was waiting for.”

Dear Reader…..

When our confidence is in God we can actually be “calmly indifferent” to our current circumstances.

Even if our path forward seems uncertain.

If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31b)

“I will not fear even if tens of thousands bombard me on every side.” Psalm 3:6.
