The Gospel Message of Salvation is described 1 Corinthians 15 is explained in these terms:

“¹ Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
² By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
³ For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
⁴ And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
⁵ And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
⁶ After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
⁷ After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
⁸ And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.”

The Gospel Message stated by the Apostle Paul is……..

1. The Gospel and the Scriptures go on to declare what that message is explained in the following verses.
   So to discover exactly what the Gospel Message was and is one need only read what Paul said it was.
2. The Gospel Message was The Message, Paul preached.
3. The Gospel Message is that which “You have received!” declared Paul.
4. The Gospel Message Paul stated is wherein ye stand and by hwich you are saved ……….. unless you have believed in vain.

Exactly what is the Message?

• Jesus died for out sins according to The Scriptures.
• Jesus was buried.
• Jesus rose again on the third day.
• The resurrection of Christ was witnessed by many.

Of course it is fully seen and understood that when Jesus died for our sins then buried, he rose from the dead indicating that our sins have been buried or put to death — forgiven by Christ. Sins are forgiven [buried].

Now it is declared that The Gospel is Good News!.

The good thing about the Gospel is that Jesus did it for us and it is freely given to all who will believe.

It is pointed out then in Romans 10 exactly what a man must do to be saved:

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The LORD Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same LORD over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of The LORD shall be saved.” Romans 10:9-13.

It then should be pointed out that “If” someone comes along and adds something to The Gospel Message stated above………… it would then not be The True Gospel.

For example: if they said you must do something like work or change or turn over a new leaf, etc… It no longer would The Message be pure Gospel, if someone added so much as a human work or even his fingerprint on the message.

Many have corrupted The True Gospel and the Scriptures tell us that Salvation comes by preaching The Pure Gospel Message. See below the Scripture:

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:16-17.

Please take note that the Scriptures say that The Gospel of Christ IS The Power of God unto Salvation.

In other words men are saved by the hearing of the gospel message which is the power to save men.

So the ingredients of the Salvation are …….

The Gospel.

It is the power to save men.

In order for one to be saved, he must hear The Gospel Message and believe what he hears.

In order for one to be saved he must know that Jesus Christ did die to save him from his sins.

+ Plus nothing…………….. – nothing.

If you add good works or any act of trying to help god out, then that is not The Gospel Message.

Please note the following warning concerning [changing or corrupting] The Gospel Message:

“I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:6-9.

Warning! Warning! Warning!

Do not take away or add to this Gospel Message least you be accursed!

Even if you are an Angel from Heaven — or Paul himself — or any preacher who preaches a changed Gospel.

In this message I have taught the beginning truth of how one can be saved for sure.

Because many have corrupted this simple message by adding mans works etc. they have caused great harm to many wanting to be saved.
