The Wide and Narrow Roads…

“Enter through the narrow gate.  For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.  But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it”   Matthew 7:13-14.

“Many have gotten off the road of life in this hour, for they have taken a detour.  Many who have been in the road of life have gotten back on the wide road.  For wide is the road that leads to destruction, and many are on that road.  But I tell you that in the coming months the road will get narrower and narrower.

(The Holy Spirit showed me a perspective drawing of a floor that vanished off into the distance.  There were walls on either side and a ceiling above.  As I watched, there was an opening at the end of the hallway, very much like one would see in a 3-D drawing, except that the opening way at the end of the hallway, kept moving into the distance.

The more I looked, the further this opening became, and the walls, floor and ceiling above, also were getting smaller as this motion continued.

The scene then changed, and I was looking down on a cliff and it was very rocky and a path was chiseled so that one could barely walk upon the edge of this cliff.  The vision then faded.)

“For you see, many have chosen an easy road to travel upon in this life.  Many travel upon it; and it seems that it is pleasant.

But I tell you, that soon the road which many have chosen will cause them to fall into the hands of the enemy.

Get off this road that leads to destruction very soon, for even though it may appear to be safe, it is an illusion.

But those who have chosen to walk with Me will find that the road ahead is very narrow, and they will see that very few are traveling upon it.  But there are others on this road with you.

Their cloaks show the weathered times they have been through; but their faces are set like stone.  For their journey has been an arduous one; but my hand is upon them.

Stay on this road, My people, even though it may be paved with trials and tribulations.  For beyond the next cliff, there is a valley below. “
