Declarations & Decrees: We Exalt the One True God, the Fountain of Living Water; We Rely on His Strength Alone!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelations 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- We decree and declare God’s Servants WILL NOT RELY ON MERELY HUMAN STRENGTH!
Those who rely on human strength have turned their hearts from the Lord.
Those who have turned away will not find relief when it comes, they will not be affected by the provision of the Lord.
- We decree BREAKTHROUGHS and SCALES to fall away from the hearts and minds that have become callous and impatient.
The WORDS of the Spirit will ECHO and CALL OUT in the NIGHT; the Lord is CALLING the LOST to come HOME!
- We declare God’s THRONE of GLORY has been EXALTED from the beginning!
Your THRONE, Lord, is our HOLY SANCTUARY, the Hope of Israel.
We PRAISE YOU LORD!
You are our Healer, our Savior; to You we give our PRAISE!
- We decree and declare the Sabbath/ Shabbat is God’s HOLY DAY!
The Lord will STRENGTHEN and PROSPER those who KEEP HIS DAY HOLY.
His desire is for you to REST and spend the time in His Presence and in LOVING the fellowship of Believers.
- We decree and declare, SHOUTING from the rooftops, THERE IS NO god BUT OUR GOD!
He is the First and the Last, the Great I AM; besides Him, there is no other.
Yet many have turned their backs on Him, they have exchanged the GLORY of God for something without value.
- We decree and declare that the Lord our God is the FOUNTAIN OF LIVING WATER!
He is the well that never will run dry.
Those who come to the Father, through the Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah, will never thirst again.
Come, all who are thirsty and DRINK!
- We declare to those who have walked the way of the World, “Your own wickedness will CORRECT you, your own backslidings will CONVICT you; you will know and see how bad and bitter it was to abandon the Lord, your God, and how FEAR OF ME is not in you,” says the Lord of Hosts.
- We decree and declare the Servants of God will USE WORLDLY WEALTH and the things of the World to make friends and acquaintances, but do not rely or trust in them.
No, let your TREASURES be in HEAVEN, for where your treasures are, there will your heart be also, (Matthew 6:19-21).
- We decree you will be FAITHFUL and TRUSTWORTHY in small matters; in this way, God will trust you with large ones.
No one can be slave to two masters, for he will either hate the first and love the second, or scorn the second and be loyal to the first.
You can’t be a slave to both God and mammon!
- We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“5 Thus says the Lord, “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. 6 “For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant. 7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose trust is the Lord. 8 “For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit……
……. 12 A glorious throne on high from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary. 13 O Lord, the hope of Israel, all who forsake You will be put to shame. those who turn away on earth will be written down, because they have forsaken the fountain of living water, even the Lord. 14 Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are my praise……
…….. 21 Thus says the Lord, “Take heed for yourselves, and do not carry any load on the sabbath day or bring anything in through the gates of Jerusalem. 22 You shall not bring a load out of your houses on the sabbath day nor do any work, but keep the sabbath day holy, as I commanded your forefathers. 23 Yet they did not listen or incline their ears, but stiffened their necks in order not to listen or take correction. 24 “But it will come about, if you listen attentively to Me,” declares the Lord, “to bring no load in through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but to keep the sabbath day holy by doing no work on it, 25 then there will come in through the gates of this city kings and princes sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their princes, the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and this city will be inhabited forever,” Jeremiah 17:5-8, 12-14, 21-25.
“9 “Therefore I will yet contend with you,” declares the Lord, “And with your sons’ sons I will contend. 10 “For cross to the coastlands of Kittim and see, and send to Kedar and observe closely and see if there has been such a thing as this! 11 “Has a nation changed gods when they were not gods? But My people have changed their glory for that which does not profit. 12 “Be appalled, O heavens, at this, and shudder, be very desolate,” declares the Lord. 13 “For My people have committed two evils: they have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, to hew for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns that can hold no water…..
……. 17 “Have you not done this to yourself by your forsaking the Lord your God when He led you in the way? 18 “But now what are you doing on the road to Egypt, to drink the waters of the Nile? Or what are you doing on the road to Assyria, to drink the waters of the Euphrates? 19 “Your own wickedness will correct you, and your apostasies will reprove you; know therefore and see that it is evil and bitter for you to forsake the Lord your God, and the dread of Me is not in you,” declares the Lord God of hosts,” Jeremiah 2:9-13, 17-19.
“9 And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by means of the wealth of unrighteousness, so that when it fails, they will receive you into the eternal dwellings. 10 “He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not been faithful in the use of unrighteous wealth, who will entrust the true riches to you? 12 And if you have not been faithful in the use of that which is another’s, who will give you that which is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth,” Luke 16:9-13.
~ Dawn Flores
Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
