“Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light,” Ephesians 5:4.
“And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished,” 2 Peter 3:4-6.
“This will all come to an end.
But know that this is just a preparation for what lies ahead. For then when those days come, will you be ready?
For many of you have doubted whether I would ever return. Many of you have wondered, and you have scoffed because you have said, ‘Where is the sign of His return — when will He return?’
But then on that day you will look upon Him whom you have pierced. For then it will be too late. But I say now, ‘Sleeper awake; awake from your slumber. For the night will soon end, and then on that day I will come; but will I find you ready? Will I find you ready when I come?’
For truly, there are many things ahead. Truly there are many more battles to be fought, but will you be dressed for the battle?
In the great arena there are soldiers that are fighting, and they are equipped in battle gear — and yet their swords and their shields have become rusty.
They look up onto the heavens and they look for a sign. They look for a break in the clouds. They look for a ray of sunshine, but now behold, the sky is still dark.
I tell you that the war is not over yet, but it is high time that you prepared for it more.
Now is the time to arm yourselves with endurance. For this is not a short race; it is a marathon. Now is the time for great discipline. Now is the time to seek Me; for I await your time with Me.”

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
