I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I count it all JOY when I encounter various trials, because I know that the testing of my FAITH produces ENDURANCE.
  I allow ENDURANCE to have its perfect work, so that I can be perfect and complete, LACKING NOTHING.
  If any of you LACKS WISDOM, let him ask of God/ Elohim Who gives to all without hesitation and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai gave some of us to be Apostles, some as Prophets, some as Proclaimers of the Good News, and some as Shepherds and Teachers — to EQUIP the Holy Ones for the work of Service, for BUILDING UP of the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare we are no longer to be like children, tossed around by the waves and blown all over by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men with cunning in deceitful scheming.
  Instead, SPEAKING the TRUTH in LOVE, we are to GROW UP in all ways into Christ/ Messiah, Who is the Head!
• I decree and declare I will PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS, FAITHFULNESS, LOVE and PEACE/ SHALOM, with those who call on the Lord/ Adonai from a PURE HEART.
  Through God’s/ Elohim’s WISDOM and His Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh I will AVOID being tricked and caught off guard.
• I decree and declare the People of God/ Elohim are not quarrelsome, but are KIND to all, able to teach and tolerant.
  They are able to give GUIDANCE with HUMILITY to those who are in opposition — perhaps God may grant them a change of mind, leading to the KNOWLEDGE of the TRUTH.
  Then they may REGAIN THEIR SENSES and ESCAPE from the devil’s snare!
• I decree and declare Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh gives WISDOM and DISCERNMENT to those who SEEK His TRUTH!
  There are false prophets who have risen among the People, just as there are also false teachers among you.
  They have secretly brought in destructive heresies.
  Many will follow their immoral ways which will malign the TRUTH.
  In their GREED they will attempt to EXPLOIT you with FALSE WORDS.
  The Spirit/ Ruach GUARDS your mind and heart to warn of these errors.
• I decree and declare God/Elohim SEES those who are sinning, attempting to draw the FAITHFUL Ones away from the TRUTH.
  He did not spare angels when they sinned; He did not spare the ancient World when He brought a flood upon the World of the ungodly.
  He has RESCUED the RIGHTEOUS from out of the midst of the ungodly.
• I decree and declare ALL you who call yourselves Christians/ Messianic Believers will PRESENT your bodies as a LIVING SACRIFICE — HOLY, ACCEPTABLE to God/ Elohim — which is your SPIRITUAL SERVICE.
  You will not be conformed to this World but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your mind, so that you may DISCERN what is the WILL of God — what is GOOD and ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT!
• I decree and declare God has given us GRACE, but we are not to think more highly of ourselves than we ought to think — but we are to use SOUND JUDGMENT, as God has assigned to each person a Measure of FAITH.
• I decree and declare that LOVE is to be without hypocrisy — detesting what is evil, HOLDING FAST to the GOOD.
  We are to be TENDERLY DEVOTED to one another in Brotherly LOVE, outdoing one another in giving honor.
  I will not lag in zeal; I am FERVENT in spirit.
  I will keep SERVING the Lord/ Adonai, REJOICING in HOPE, ENDURING in distress, PERSISTING in PRAYER, contributing to the Needs of the Holy Ones, EXTENDING HOSPITALITY.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, ³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. ⁴ And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
⁵ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him,” James 1:2-5.

“¹¹ And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, ¹² for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; ¹³ until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. ¹⁴ As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; ¹⁵ but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, ¹⁶ from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love,” Ephesians 4:11-16.

“²² Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. ²³ But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing that they produce quarrels. ²⁴ The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, ²⁵ with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, ²⁶ and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will,” 2 Timothy 2:22-26.

“¹ But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. ² Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; ³ and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.
⁴ For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; ⁵ and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; ⁶ and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly lives thereafter; ⁷ and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men,” 2 Peter 2:1-7.

“¹ Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. ² And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
³ For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. ⁴ For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, ⁵ so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. ⁶ Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; ⁷ if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; ⁸ or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
⁹ Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; ¹¹ not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; ¹² rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, ¹³ contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality,” Romans 12:1-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.
