Shavout — 7 Sabbaths!
The Pentecost:
Shavout and Seven (7) Sabbaths — The feast of Weeks is all about the counting. Counting seven (7) Sabbaths — the Omer is the fullness.
This hints on waiting and wanting.
Count Seven (7) Sabbaths:
Passover to Pentecost — May 24,2026
Holy Spirit — A fulfillment From Hovering to Resting is the Significance of Pentecost
“Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.” Genesis 1:2.
“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.” Acts 2:1.
Note the verse says; “Fully come”.
“Fully come,“ leaves us in anticipation of what was and what will be.
Sure enough Jesus had to mention “tarry here “ (Acts 1:8, Luke 24:49) so that you will receive The Holy Spirit. For the Holy Spirit’s power is unlimited!
“And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” Luke 24:49.
Acts 2 is a fulfillment of what the Lord directed the Israelites in the book of
“And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the LORD. You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to the LORD.” Leviticus 23:15-17.
”Firstfruits “ – Feast of the weeks
Jesus Christ is the seed becomes the firstfruits through his sacrifice and death on the cross.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.” John 12:24.
From Passover to Pentecost is Seven (7) sabbaths .
The seed — Jesus Christ; the firstfruits, his death comes to fulfillment through his command to his disciples to tarry there in Jerusalem until the Holy Spirit comes upon them.
The fullness of Jesus Christ is the Promised Holy Spirit.
Jesus is the fulfillment of the Feasts and all the feasts points to Jesus Christ our LORD.
1. Jesus The Passover — Leviticus 23:4-8,
1 Corinthians 5:7, which states: “For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed”.
2. Jesus Unleavened Bread — Leviticus 23:6, 2 Corinthians 5:21.
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
3. Jesus The Firstfruits — Leviticus 23:10
1 Corinthians 15:23, saying, “But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.”
4. Jesus the Pentecost (Feast of Weeks or Pentecost) — given the fulfillment Leviticus 23:16
Jesus is made manifest in His Spirit.
“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever — the Spirit of truth.” John 14:16-17a.
5. Jesus the Trumpet (Feast of Trumpets) — Leviticus 23:24
“Set the trumpet to your mouth! He shall come like an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed My covenant And rebelled against My law. Israel will cry to Me, ‘My God, we know You!’” Hosea 8:1-2.
6. Jesus the Atonement (Feast of Atonement) — Leviticus 16, 23:26-32
“He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.” 1 John 2:2.
7. Jesus the Tabernacle (Feast of Tabernacles or Booths) — Leviticus 23:34.
“And the Word became flesh and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14.
Acts 2 is a multi-fold Holy Spirit manifest among men. The promise is fulfilled among tongues and tribes .
The Power of Pentecost is a Promise fulfilled from the father through the son giving us The Holy Spirit.
This Pentecost, I had an impression upon my heart from The Spirit of God on the fullness — “when the day of Pentecost had fully come…. “
The fullness is the fulfillment and fulfillment is fruitfulness.
The Seven Spirits of God from The Throne Room of God are infinite and beyond comprehension and are accessed by the Believer when The Holy Spirit is fully come upon them!
The Holy Spirit is unlimited, immeasurable, exceedingly abundantly above all things!
“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20.
