A dangerous deception is perpetrated in The Church by the murderer, the devil to keep people bound in his imprisonment through ignorance.

Many are deceived to deny The Truth of Generational Curses.  This deception is destroying those caught in it.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.  Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten The Law of your GOD, I also will forget your children.”   Hosea 4:6.

(The believer in CHRIST JESUS is a priest to GOD.  (Revelation 1:5-6).  The phrase “your children” signifies your fruitfulness, productivity, prosperity).

The lie goes like this: ‘A believer cannot still have Generational Curses — because they’re all taken care of on THE CROSS.’

This is born out of deadly ignorance.  There is a huge world of difference between judgement and enforcement.

In Matthew 24, THE LORD repeatedly said to take heed so that we are not deceived.

Unless dealt with as led by THE HOLY SPIRIT, Generational Curses continue to exist in a believer’s bloodline and life, and keep bugging, bothering and tormenting him.

THE LORD’s leader apostle, Peter, was very born again. He had all The Offering of THE CROSS. (In fact, he had a ringside view of The Crucifixion of THE LORD from the beginning to the end. He even ate and drank with Him after He rose from the dead). But there was still this generational thing that attached to him like a leech.

THE LORD had categorically told him to not discriminate against Gentiles.  He received and obeyed The Commandment. (See Acts 10:1-35).

Yet, subsequently, while in the mission field with Paul and other brethren, Peter was doing exactly what THE LORD had expressly warned him not to do: dissociating from Gentiles.

Paul addressed the matter head-on:

“Now when Peter had come to Antioch, I withstood him to his face, because he was to be blamed; for before certain men came from James, he would eat with the Gentiles; but when they came, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.  And the rest of the Jews also played the hypocrite with him, so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.  But when I saw that they were not straightforward about The Truth of The Gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, being a Jew, live in the manner of Gentiles and not as the Jews, why do you compel Gentiles to live as Jews?  We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, knowing that a man is not justified by the works of The Law but by faith in JESUS CHRIST, even we have believed in CHRIST JESUS, that we might be justified by faith in CHRIST and not by the works of The Law; for by the works of The Law no flesh shall be justified. “ But if, while we seek to be justified by CHRIST, we ourselves also are found sinners, is CHRIST therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not!  For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.”  Galatians 2:11-18.

Peter (with the other erring brethren) just couldn’t help it.  Why?  There was STILL that generational demonic persuasion he himself had acknowledged earlier:

“Then he [Peter] said to them, “You know how unlawful it is for a Jewish man to keep company with or go to one of another nation. But GOD has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean.”   Acts 10:28.

There are HOLY SPIRIT-filled and led believers who, although saved from the curse of sin, still have certain challenges, health conditions and other problems.  Why?

Because in law, there is a difference between judgement and enforcement.  A judgement is a decision of a court.  Unless enforced, a court judgement remains a mere judicial record.

A dangerous criminal may have been sentenced to life in prison, but unless he is put behind bars by enforcement authorities (such as police and prison officers) he will still be walking about wreaking havoc in the community.

The devil was destroyed by CHRIST JESUS (Hebrews 2:14-15), but is he not still prowling about this earth stealing, killing and destroying?  Why?  Because the enforcement authorities (Christians) do not all do their enforcement duty as stipulated in Luke 9:1;10:19;  Matthew 10:8; 11:12;  Ephesians 3:10, among others.

JESUS died to save all men (2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:4), but are they all saved?  No.  Because they all do not believe and obey The Good News!

By His Stripes we “are healed”, yes, we “were healed” (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24); but are not many sick in The Body of CHRIST?  Why?  The “written Judgment” of The Cross has to be enforced/ “executed” (Psalm 149:6-9).

It is written: “my GOD shall supply all your needs,”  “THE LORD is my Shepherd I shall not lack,” etc.  But are not many in lack and need in The Church of GOD?  Why?  Because His riches in Glory need to be enforced and executed to manifest in the flesh by following The Wisdom, Utterance, Direction and Strategies of The HOLY SPIRIT — all through faith in prayer, supplications, declarations and decrees.

What is the conclusion then?  YES, our LORD JESUS CHRIST has redeemed us from the curse of sin, but The Redemption must be enforced with Kingdom Force (Matthew 11:12) case by case (of Generational Curses, demonic covenants and oppressions, etc.) as led by THE HOLY SPIRIT.

The Salvation of CHRIST must be enforced in Its various aspects to be appropriated.

It’s like a WONDERFUL hamper given to you by a rich man.  It is full of all manner of goodies.  Although you have received the hamper, you must unwrap it to be able to take the goodies therein.  Furthermore, unless you take and consume each of the goodies it will in no way benefit you.

You may have a plate of sumptuous gourmet food placed before you at the restaurant, but unless you put morsels of it in your mouth, you will by no means enjoy it — although it is all yours.

You may be entitled to an insurance payout, but if you don’t make the claim according to the policy you will not be paid what you are entitled to.

You may have money in the bank, but unless you withdraw/access it, you will have financial lack.

( In fact and in Truth, this is literally the case with most believers across the world. Our FATHER in Heaven has unlimited wealth and riches, yet many are experiencing chronic lack.  This ought not to be so.

Withdrawal must be made by faith through prayers and actions led by THE HOLY SPIRIT.  Withdrawal from Heaven can only be made by following The Counsel of The Most High.

But many scorn The Counsel of The Most High to break Generational Curses, to repent of sin and turn away from it, to seek THE LORD in all their ways. )

As written,

“Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, Bound in affliction and irons — because they rebelled against The Words of GOD, and despised The Counsel of The Most High, therefore He brought down their heart with labor; they fell down, and there was none to help.”   Psalm 107:10-12.

It is pride and arrogant ignorance to deny and dismiss what you need to do for your deliverance and good success.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in It.  For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”   Joshua 1:8.

Hear ye The Word of THE LORD:

“if My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land,”   2 Chronicles 7:14.

Although we have believed and received JESUS, we must proactively take and use the tools and weapons of GOD to war with, to break Generational Curses with, and so on.

The Promises of GOD must be prayed into manifestation.  HOLY SPIRIT-led actions must be taken to obtain The Promises of GOD.

Pastor Timothy had amazing gifts in him through the laying on of hands by the eldership.  There were also prophecies given him by Paul the apostle.  But the gifts needed to be stirred up, and the prophecies WARRED with by him (Timothy) so as to manifest.

In like manner, you have to war to break Generational Curses and demonic covenants to be free from them. You must ask THE HOLY SPIRIT to show you.  Otherwise, you will keep experiencing related oppressions of the devil effected through personal, parental and ancestral sins and demonic covenants.

Just as you pray regarding financial, healing and other needs, so you must also pray to break Generational Curses and demonic covenants.

Obedience brings blessing.  Disobedience brings curses, (Deuteronomy 28).  The blessing must be believed and received, and disobedience and its consequent curses must be repented of, renounced and broken — all through prayer and actions led by THE HOLY SPIRIT.

There are generational blessings, and there are Generational Curses.  Both blessings and curses can be personal, parental and ancestral.

Only THE HOLY SPIRIT can reveal them to you to claim (the blessings) and to renounce, revoke and remove (the curses and demonic covenants).

It was very disturbing when, some years ago, I dreamt of male and female sex slaves (some with sores/ injuries from beatings) lined up and being taken into a dated but plush boardroom.

A few very respectable, business-type middle-aged men were seated around an elegant, expensive boardroom table.  It was as though I was investigatively observing the horrific proceedings and transactions.

After the dream(s), I prayed and prayed and prayed to understand what THE LORD was revealing.

Faithfully, THE HOLY SPIRIT gave me the understanding: my paternal ancestors were involved in sex slavery during colonial times!  WHAT!

(By The Grace of GOD, I come from a very noble family and ancestry.  It is unthinkable that such terrible evil was done by my ancestors!).

I then had to repent of the horrendous iniquity and break the curses thereof by THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

Many and varied are the generational things THE LORD has been revealing to me over the years and I have been dealing with, destroying by The Blood of JESUS.

( I have been born again for decades, but I have only been dealing with these things over the last seven years or so when I started seeking THE LORD and His Help, as I repeatedly said to Him, “to be squeaky clean.” )

Generational Curses do exist and terribly affect believers.  A lot of believers are held bound by demonic covenants established in their lives through personal, parental and ancestral sins.

If you would observe diligently, you would notice health conditions and other bondages that keep happening to families for generations (including believers among them).

If you don’t humble yourself to believe The Truth, you will continue in darkness and bondage.  The Truth is not to be debated, only believed and obeyed.  (See James 4:10; 1 Peter 5:6).

“Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, bound in affliction and irons — because they rebelled against The Words of GOD, and despised The Counsel of The Most High, therefore He brought down their heart with labor; they fell down, and there was none to help.“

Some people would deny The Truth even if it is proven to them as clear as daylight.  There are among us many like the Pharisees and the Jews who opposed JESUS.

They saw all that THE LORD did and said: “mighty in deed and Word before GOD and all the people,” (Luke 24:19) — affirming and confirming that He was The Messiah, yet they still denied Him.

“Beware therefore, lest what has been spoken in the prophets come upon you: ‘Behold, you despisers, marvel and perish!  For I work a work in your days, a work which you will by no means believe, though one were to declare it to you.’ ”   Acts 13:40-41.

You can use the prayer below to deal with Generational Curses and other oppressions of the devil:

“Our FATHER in Heaven, in The Name of JESUS CHRIST Your SON, I confess with my mouth THE LORD JESUS and believe in my heart that GOD has raised Him from the dead, that I be saved.

For with the heart one believes unto Righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation.

For The Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

For there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile, for the same LORD over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

For “whoever calls on The Name of THE LORD shall be saved.”   (Romans 10:9-13 NKJV).

THANK YOU GOD for Your Indescribable Gift of Eternal Life.

FATHER, by THE BLOOD OF JESUS, I repent of my personal, parental and ancestral sins of ( __ mention the problem__ ), as well as all other sins by me and my family, our parents and ancestors.

In JESUS’ Name, by THE BLOOD OF CHRIST, I renounce, revoke and remove, yes, I break all generational agreements and curses of ( __ mention the problem__ ), and all other sins!

FATHER, let THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST Your SON make atonement for my soul and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.

By THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST Your SON, redeem, release, set me free and purify me from all yokes, strongholds, soul ties, sins, shame, schemes, pursuits, persecutions, passions, hindrances, harassments, fellowships, distractions, disguises, devices, detours, desires, demons, demands, delays, defilements, death, curses, covenants, contracts, consequences, communions, claims, captivities, bondages, agreements and accords of ( __ mention the problem__ ) and all other iniquities.

By THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST, I renounce, revoke and remove you demons of ( __ mention the problem__ ) and all other oppressions of the devil in JESUS’ Name.

In JESUS’ Name, by THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST, I renounce and remove you demons and your organs, associations, attachments, connections, collaborations and partnerships of ( __ mention the problem__ ).  And I forbid you to come back.

I replace you and your oppressions with THE LORD’s Torch of Fire, yes, with The Tree of Life.

I receive, revere, reverentially fear and obey You JESUS CHRIST THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD now and forever.
