God spoke to me and said that many of His people are like infants who are diagnosed with “failure to thrive” in this season!

As, we all know, failure to thrive is disease when the child’s weight or rate of weight gain is significantly below that of other children of similar age and gender. These infants or children that fail to thrive seem to be dramatically smaller or shorter than other children the same age.

Also, last night The Lord showed me in a vision in which this person accidentally opened the door to the enemy, while not being watchful unto prayer, and the enemy came in to this house ran them out of their own house, and then destroyed them!

As they were being stabbed (destroyed); I felt the life go from their body! I heard The Lord saying, “Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak” (Matthew 26:41).

Last night, while I was sleeping, The Lord spoke this to me regarding the development of his children!

He said that many of you are not (not gaining any weight) developing as you should in your ministry because you are not doing the things that The Lord is requiring of you in this season, therefore you are not gaining any weight! Why? Because you lack the desire to study the Word of God, you refuse to fast and to deny yourself; you are not praying like you should be, and as a result, the enemy is or will destroy you!

In other words, you are not steadfast in both The Lord and the work that He has assigned you to in this season! I heard The Lord saying, “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of The Lord, for as much as ye know that your labour is not in vain in The Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:58).

God spoke to me that the person who fails to thrive in their relationship with God is a person who is slowly being taken away with the cares of this world! He said their growing has either slowed or stopped, after a previously established growth curve.

You see, He showed me that this does not just happen all of a sudden; somewhere down the line you slowly stopped doing the things that God called for you to do, as a child or a parent of God, or you missed God all together!

Your (parent and/or child) spiritual growth has become stagnated or delayed do to you becoming lukewarm in The Lord! You slowly have become malnutrition (bread of life) in eating and receiving the word of God and it has begun to affect you in the way that you act (lack the fruits of the spirit) in the spirit, the way you act with your sisters and your brothers in Christ!

You don’t have enough strength to worship and praise God anymore! Your spiritual stand for The Lord has begun to warp, you can no longer walk straight and the people of God no longer recognize who you are any longer! Your eyes have begun to get dim and you can not prophetically see like you use to!

I heard The Lord say that you are like the Philistines who took Samson, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house (Judges 16:21).

You see, The Lord spoke unto Moses, saying, speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, when either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the lord: he shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk. All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the lord, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow. All the days that he separateth himself unto The Lord he shall come at no dead body. He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head. All the days of his separation he is holy unto The Lord. The same thing The Lord is telling some of you!

Instead of you doing the things that are required of you: you are doing the opposite, saith The Lord! (Numbers 6:22-27).

God began to revealed to me that some of you have gotten too big for your pants: just as Samson did, whose parents had warned him of what he should and should not do as a Nazarite child from birth and he still refuse to obey allowing his eyes to be put out and the leaving the enemy to make sport of him! You see a child with the failure to thrive disease is one who is not hearing from their natural mother (father) and emotionally they can not grow and develop as they should in The Lord! Why? Because that child may be going through emotional deprivation as a result of the withdraw, rejection, and or hostility of that parent (leader) may have for the child that they are responsible for!

For, I heard The Lord saying, ”Though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus we have begotten you through the gospel” (1 Corinthians 4:15).

You see, I heard God saying, “A spiritual parent (leader) is there to help that child to make it over the rough and the hard times in there life, but I hear God saying that many of you that have taken on children are not developing and nurturing them as you should; and as a result they are not growing in The Lord as they should! Leaving that child to be exposed; to the works of the enemy (parasites, infections, and other deadly toxins) in the body due to your neglect and irresponsibility!”

There is hope though, saith The Lord, because with this disease it can be reversed if both the parent and the child are willing to get counseling! You see, Samson realized that he had not followed the instructions from his natural parent and as a result he began to cry out to The Lord just as Samson and his hair began to grow back as a result of his lack of nutrition! In fact, he became so strong (nutrition) that he placed his hands between two pillars, and the dead which he slew at his death were more than they which he slew in his life time (Judges 16:25-30).

You see, God is speaking this morning and He is saying that you don’t have to stay in the condition that you are in on this morning both you and your spiritual parents can both began to do the right thing and to get on the right path nutritionally in your spiritual life by obeying God! Just as Samson did who was told from birth the things that he should and should not eat and to do as Nazarite child from birth!

It is up you. God is waiting on you!
