Jesus Will Change Your Life!

Jesus will change your life, but are you ready for it?

I was once in a small group Bible study when a young man in his early twenties talked about how Jesus supernaturally gave him great guitar skills.

He said he was playing for two years and was awful. His own friends and family even let him know.

This man prayed and asked Jesus to give him the ability to play guitar well. One week later, he said he picked up his guitar and instantly played well. It was not training, for he was not very good the day before — it was Jesus.

Are you ready for Jesus to change your life?

But it might not be guitar skills. It may be to increase your giving, move to another country to do ministry, become an elder or deacon in your Vhurch, or something else that requires a lot of work and a big change.

John 6:19 says, “So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid.”

As Jesus approaches you, He will make changes in your life.

Will you accept what He has — or be afraid it might not be what you prayed for?

Jesus says: “As I approach you, I will do so in a big and powerful way. Are you ready?

I will change how you live. I will change your life.

But you cannot be afraid of what those changes will be.

Accept them and embrace them.

I will lead you into a better life, into the life I have created you to live.

Stop rowing — and allow Me to come into your boat. Do not be afraid!”
