This wonderfully, but slightly ambiguous line caught my eye and I heard The LORD ask me, “What Fire is your focus on?”

Hmmm?

“The Fire of Revival, or Holy Spirit Fire?”

Well, both really, as where the Fires of Revival burn, there also burns Holy Spirit Fire! No other Fire comes to mind as I linger on the question.

I know that other Fires can burn, but they move me away, point me away, from eternity.

Revival Fire and Holy Spirit Fire — both point us to eternity.

Hear The LORD on this, “When you focus on My Fire, then you focus on eternity — you focus on My Plans and My Will.

You see things from My Viewpoint.

When you focus on other things, you take your eye off the prize and you could miss the Destiny I planned for you since before time! My destiny for you!

I AM mindful that I gave you free will and choice.

You can choose to go My Way, or your own way.

Will you choose My Path or your own path?

Will you choose My eternal Reward, or your earthly ‘now’ reward?”

‘As for me and my house . . . ‘ — I want to focus on Fire — God’s Holy Spirit Revival Fire.

“And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
