Letting the guilty, go free…

Daily Wisdom from Proverbs

“If you let the guilty go free, people of all nations, will hate and curse you.  But if you punish the guilty, things will go well for you, and you will prosper….,”   Proverbs 24:24 (CEV).

I think this is speaking to our Nation right now.  We are calling good evil and evil good and many people around the world are suffering because we are refusing to see evil for what it is and what it does to people.

There are people right now being crucified, raped, burned alive and being beheaded because we will not call evil what it is.  God hates evil every day because it stops at nothing but the blood of those it goes after.

I pray that America will stand up for what God calls evil and call it what it is!  Why?  Because it hurts the innocent!  Oh yes, He has made a way for them to come to Him through Jesus Christ but as far as leaders of nations are concerned they must speak the truth about what evil is and do their best to destroy it wherever it is harming the people.

What if, we had not called slavery evil?  What if we had not called Hitler evil?  What if we do not call abortion evil?  What if?

God, let our leaders not turn a blind eye to the atrocities that are happening in the earth so that the other nations will curse us.  There are many who are suffering from that which we have turned a blind eye to.  Forgive us for being so blind as to believe the lies that we are told!  Forgive us for not rescuing those in this torment and suffering from the hand of the evil one!  Rescue those oh Lord who are crying out to you for deliverance and may we be those that you use to bring them deliverance!  In Jesus Name!!

“God is my shield; he will defend me.  He saves those whose hearts and lives are true and right. God is a judge who is perfectly fair, and he is angry with the wicked every day,”   Psalms 7:10-11 (TLB).

“But if you keep on sinning, it shows that you belong to Satan, who since he first began to sin has kept steadily at it.  But the Son of God came to destroy these works of the devil,”   1 John 3:8 (TLB).
