I’ve had many Visions and Dreams, especially of late, but I don’t think I’ve ever had one quite so graphic as one I’m watching even as I start to write this.

I see an Ancient Wall which, by The Spirit, I understand is the temple in Ezekiel 47.

I see the source of the River of Life begin to trickle from under the threshold of The Temple towards the east.

The Bible doesn’t describe the flow, other than as ‘flowing’. I have described it as ‘a trickle’, but it would probably be more like a mountain stream — not a great flow but enough to make one cross it with boots on — certainly no more than inches deep (several centimeters deep).

As we walked along the stream, it became at least ankle deep, then knee deep, then waist deep, finally becoming wide enough and deep enough to require swimming in order to cross it.

I marveled at the beauty of this river — at the lushness of the vegetation along the banks — at the greenness and softness of the grass along the banks.

My companion, who, I had barely noticed was there (!!!), turned to me and said, “The Father, when He created this river, poured His love and His heart into it. When I spoke those words, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10) This is the River of abundant life to which I was referring!”

I realised, a little belatedly, that my companion was Jesus Himself!

He motioned me to walk a little further. The water became less tranquil and the sounds of more rapidly moving water came to me.

We rounded a bend and the sound became a roar as I saw a great waterfall where what started as a trickle had become a torrent!

By The Spirit, His thoughts became my thoughts.

Here was provision for life. Here was food; here was health and healing; here was everything we need for ‘life and life abundantly’ — more than that — here was blessing so abundant as to be a blessing to us and those all around us.

I asked The LORD about what I had been seeing. What, and more importantly, why was I shown all this?

“My People have never grasped the length, breadth, and height of Father’s Love for them. They’ve never realised the provision, the blessing, nor the completeness of My Love for them.

They’ve always held far too small an image of Me. As My Word says, “You have not, because you ask not!” (James 4:2b)

Yet My Word also says, “Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.” (Psalm 2:8)

Again My Word says that “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My House, and try Me now in this,” says The LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.” (Malachi 3:10).

“I AM showing you the River of Blessing, or the River of Life, so that you may believe My Promises and ACT on them.

I have so much I want to give you. Recall the story of Hudson Taylor — how I opened up China for him and provided the means for him to do so.

How about William Booth and how I provided for him. Then there is Reinhard Bonnke – how I opened Africa for him.

My treasury of provision is endless, yet My People suffer lack and want because they do not believe. All I look for is your heart — I meant it when I said, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” (Luke 6:38)

If your heart and attitude is right, then My Heart will be at one with yours and you shall receive.”

We turned and walked back up the river towards The Temple again. As we got there, the River had reverted to a trickling stream and I saw little children playing in it, splashing around completely carefree.

“When you come to Me innocently, as a child, My Provision for you shall be endless. Even through the darkest days ahead, My Provision shall not fail, nor be late, nor shall it fall short of what is necessary for life — and life abundantly!” saith The LORD of Hosts.

The Vision closed quietly and all I could do was to praise and worship our wonderful GOD: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
