The LORD is Taking the Wheel
This is to many today!
You feel like you are “careening” out of control. Like you are in a car going too fast down a four-lane highway in the left lane.
Suddenly, fear hits your heart and you start panicking and you just can’t get off this road or find the exit.
But know this, Abba Father is taking the wheel and getting you back on course……
And I looked up the word “careening” and found that it originally meant, “to lean a ship onto its side often on a beach to clean off marine “stuff” that has accumulated through its voyages.”
These beaches were called “safe havens” and many were found in the Caribbean islands.
How cool is that? …..
And this totally goes along with what the Lord revealed to me one time about how His corrections are like a Captain making corrections with His ship.
A slow and steady and gentle redirection to get back on course. Sometimes we think of correction as painful and humiliating. Many have taught this……
But Abba Father says for His Children, it is a gentle redirection to get us back on track.
Correction in the Strong’s Greek is #1882, meaning : “a straightening up to restore to its (original) proper condition.” Hallelujah and Amen!
God says He is taking control, Beloved.
He will be taking the wheel. He is slowing you down and bringing you back on course.
He is putting you in Holy Spirit cruise control. He is bringing you to His “Safe Haven” to rest!
“No longer will your life seem out of control, Beloved, but I AM bringing you back in control.
I AM taking the wheel….. I AM bringing you back on course.
Rest while your Captain takes control and makes the corrections. The Spirit is your Holy navigation system.
I know where you are going and where you have been. I know the storms have been many and the rough seas of chaos have tried to get you off course…..
It is time to rest on the Heavenly Sands of Peace as the Holy Spirit gently cleans off all the dust and residue of the world.
I shall fulfill My Promises to you and it shall be beyond human comprehension.
All your days are written in My Book and ordained by Me even before one came to pass.
My thoughts of you outnumber even all the grains of sands in the sea…..
Listen, My Child…. You are not lost, you shall not shipwreck, you shall not drown, you shall not be lost at sea.
I AM the Captain of your salvation, forever and ever. I AM bringing you to Glory, perfected and sanctified.
I have saved you to the uttermost. I have brought you to My Safe Haven.
I AM well able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before My Throne of Grace with great JOY….
I AM restoring you and righting your ship… making course corrections that will take you into your Glorious Day.
You are on your Way! …. Yes, the Son is shining and there will be smooth sailing ahead, Beloved, just keep your eyes upon Me.”
CAREEN : To lean, sway, or tip to one side while in motion. Tilting from side to side, moving quickly, unsteadily or uncontrollably. The original meaning was to turn or lean a ship onto its side in order to clean off the barnacles and other sea-junk. A beach favored for careening was called a careenage. Such little “SAFE HAVENS” could be found throughout the islands in the Caribbean and all the world such as Careening Bay in Australia.
SANDS : The imagery of sand is used throughout the Bible to convey concepts of abundance, multitude, and the limits of human understanding in contrast to God’s infinite wisdom and power. A symbol of Innumerability and abundance. The sands of the sea are frequently used as a metaphor for something that is beyond counting.
CORRECTION : Strong’s Greek #1882 : From a compound of epi and anorthoo; a straightening up again, (To right) i.e. rectification, meaning to set right, remedy. Restore to its (original) proper condition.
RIGHT THE SHIP : To correct a bad or dangerous situation. To take corrective action to improve a situation that is going wrong or is in a difficult state. The original phrase spoke of a ship that was leaning heavily to the port (left) side and Captain takes action to steady the boat so that it remained upright.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for CORRECTION, for instruction in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16.
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you REST. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am GENTLE and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
“Your eyes saw my unformed body; all my days were written in Your book and ordained for me before one of them came to be. How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God, how vast is their sum! If I were to count them, they would outnumber the grains of SAND; and when I awake, I am still with You.” Psalm 139:16-18.
“For it was fitting that He, for whom and through whom all things exist, in bringing many children to glory, should make the CAPTAIN of their salvation perfect through suffering.” Hebrews 2:10.
“For by one offering He has PERFECTED FOREVER those who are being sanctified.” Hebrews 10:14.
“Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever lives to make intercession for them.” Hebrews 7:25.
“Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” Jude 1:24-25.

Timely word!
This word reminds me of a very short dream I had, more like a vision where I was standing on the hull of a medium sized ship, not small but not huge, and I was on a sandy shore. The sun was shining and a gentle breeze was blowing. Suddenly I saw my mother walking toward me, she was smiling and radiant. The end.
My mom and I have had a rocky relationship, but the Lord has been doing much healing in the past 10 years.
I knew in my dream that I had made it through a rough journey. But all praise be to God the Father, I was unscathed!!
God bless your beautiful heart Deborah, once again He blessed me abundantly through you!!
Amen! Thank You Jesus!!!
Thank you Deborah!
