The Remaining Two Churches in Revelation Recorded — 6 Comments

  1. Thank you so much my friend, Joyce..you and Mark are flowing together as a perfect picture of what the Lord is saying and doing in these last troubling, yet BUBBLING times. I love what I have gleaned from these 3 parts and I have just reached the tip of the iceberg as they say..I heard the Lord say, ‘It is time to get back to the basics of my word and allow the revelation of Revelations to explode in your heart for there you will find your guideposts for these days. Return to Hope, return to Truth, Return to me and set your heart to understand, set your heart to holiness and I will speak to you also in dreams and visions as only I can. Now position yourself to write the vision and run with it for it is the NOW time, says the Lord. God bless you Mark Roberts and Mama Joyce for your pure hearts and gentle spirits that speak volumes to us as your impart with obedience the Father’s heart for this hour. Love in abundance, Sandi Holman

    • Thank you precious Sandi for this true Word you have gave us here from the Lord.
It is powerful life spoken! As we want more of Him the Great “I Am that I Am” then we shall have it!
For truly it is the last days and as we walk in ‘unison’ we will see many saved; set free and delivered.
‘Churchiness’ shall be broke off us and we will begin to operate as the True Church, as we go forth!
It must be A Kingdom walk and talk for sure!
More power to you! Love you sis. God bless you. ❤

  2. In the gospels the Lord spoke in parables, because revelation (with a small “r” in the general sense of the word) was not for everyone but only for those who had ears to hear.  It is significant that following each of the seven letters to the churches in the book of Revelation (with a large “R”), the Lord also says, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” [Revelation 2:7,11,17,29 and 3:6,13,22]
This implies that not all will have ears to hear, but I believe the elect are those who either have or shall have ears to hear.

It is also significant that in a letter to a particular church, the Lord does not say hear what the Spirit says only to that particular and singular church but hear what the Spirit says to all SEVEN churches as a plural, and this is thus also being stated SEVEN times.  The number seven, of course, represents completion or perfection, and so the command is to hear a complete or a perfect revelation.

    • Mark, thank you much for your responses. Yes! Yesterday morning I felt strongly directed by the Holy Spirit to read Mark chapter 4, especially about the parables.

My reading and direction felt different as I have been so much in the last chapters of Hebrew as of late.

The same this morning, my friend. Stopping at verse 22 & 23 for right now:”For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was anything kept secret, but that it should come abroad. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.”

      More later.. God bless you.

  3. Amen!  There are known connections between the books of Daniel and Revelation.  It is interesting that in Daniel 1:8-16 Daniel and his companions resolved not to partake of the food and wine of Babylon. Then immediately afterwards in verse 17 it says,
“As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.”
This would seem to confirm what Joyce is saying about the need to fast for an understanding of the book of Revelation.  I also think that refraining from the food and wine of Babylon may have a wider application, namely a lifestyle of holiness.

    Daniel 10: 12 also says
“Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.”
This would also confirm the need, as Joyce says, “to read, study, fast and pray to let The LORD give us understanding”.

    • Amen Mark, and as you would know this speaks to me first. God is calling us to be quiet and still before Him right now!
I must yield as their are so many distractions. The Word of God has come alive even more and more!
He means for us to be children of obedience seeking His face!
This morning I just poured over the church of Ephesus and then the church of Pergamus.
Still I had to back up and read Rev. Chapter 1 first.
In running many references provided in the Bible, it all perfectly goes together.
Thank you for all you shared. Daniel 10:12 is very powerful. May we keep gleaning deeply from the Word of God.
