YES, Wake up, you are sleeping in dangerous times! Your hour is at hand! The storm is raging!
This morning in prayer I heard God say to me:
“There will come a time when you will want to pray and you will not be able to pray!”
He also spoke to me the color red this morning! The color red stands for: the shedding of the blood of Christ, life, vengeance, love, grace.
God is saying that when we don’t know what to pray, the Spirit will be there to help us in our weakness: for we ourselves know not what we should pray for, as we ought, but the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26).
God knows when we are in agony, pain, and a lot is going on in our heart, mind and soul, that has disturbed our spirits and He will show up just when we need Him; He is an on-time God!
I hear God saying that it is time for us to seek The Lord while he may be found and to call upon Him while He is near!
Because just as Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane and felt a heavy need to pray, so will you be faced with this need also! I hear God saying that Jesus went with the disciples to a place called Gethsemane and he said to his disciples, “Sit here, while I go over there and pray”, and taking with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and troubled. Jesus told the disciples, ”My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with Me,” and going a little farther, He fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will,” and He came to the disciples and found them sleeping. And he said to Peter, “So, could you not watch with me one hour?”
I hear God saying some cannot take it upon themselves to pray one hour without nodding off to sleep! What a shame! But, I hear god saying that it is time for you to get serious about your soul in this hour and this season! Why? Because the enemy is upon you and you cannot see it, unless you get caught up in the spirit realm of prayer! (Matthew 26:36-40).
I hear God saying, “Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Sometimes when you pray and when you get up off of our knees and you may still feel a heaviness in your souls and spirits, but don’t stop there! Do like Jesus did and continue to pray and to bombard heaven, until you get a break through!
Don’t give up, because Jesus had to go back a second time and He said, “My father, if this cannot pass unless i drink it, your will be done.” I hear God saying that many times we are like the five wise/foolish virgins and we are depending upon somebody else’s oil to get us through the crisis in our lives; but God has sent me to tell you that you better learn how to pray for yourselves! Because the hour will come when you will find your friends like Jesus did, sleeping, while you need them the most; instead of them praying for you!
“They will not feel the pain and suffering you are going through”, saith The Lord! Why? Because it is your cross and your crown that are at stake! Not only will you have to fall down two times in prayer to get deliverance, but God may even ask you to go down a third time in prayer, because that second time, may not break the yoke of off your shoulders! But we must submit ourselves and follow Jesus’ perfect example and pray, until we feel we have gotten complete deliverance in prayer and we are able to stand our test! Just as Christ did!
What is God saying to you? Well, He is saying that our trials and tests are upon us and it is time to seek The Lord for deliverance! Jesus knew that He was getting ready to be betrayed by sinners and those who hated him and he was about to be lifted up by His enemies onto the cross! (Matthew 26: 41-46).
God showed me the color red and said to tell you that your enemies are upon you and they have not been washed in the blood of the lamb! You see, Jesus was there to bring life to all those who hated Him, and He was not there to get back at the ones who had done him wrong; in fact, He prayed for them! Why? Because God is saying that vengeance is mine, saith The Lord and I will repay those who do you wrong! You don’t have to fight in this battle because it is not yours to fight! After Jesus had prayed the third times, His enemies gathered to take Him. It was time for Him to go through His test/trials and Judas led the way for His demise! He laid the kiss of death and sealed Jesus’ fate, like so many of our so called friends have done in our lives, but God had a plan! A plan that wuill bring us all victory and faith in the cross of Christ!
God is telling us, just as He told Peter to put up the sword – for they that fight by the sword will die by the sword – we are born-again baptized believers and we have been washed in the blood of Christ and we don’t have to defend ourselves, because God has a plan for our lives and what the enemy meant for bad, God meant for our good and He has a way of escape already made for our lives!
I heard God this morning saying “My grace is sufficient and My strength will be made perfect in the time of your weakness!” God is saying, “Don’t wait on others in this hour because they will do you like the disciples did Jesus and go to sleep on you, but if you put your trust in Him, He will make a way when there is no way!”
I hear God saying it is time to pray like never before, because the time of testing is upon you! Will you be able to stand? (Matthew 26:47-56)
