When you can’t do anything right…
There are times in your life when you can’t seem to do anything right, no matter how well you plan or how hard you try. There is a simple answer to these frustrating times and they will happen less often if you can receive what I am about to say.
If you will face the simple fact that, “without Me you can’t do anything right. This is how works: I am the vine, you are the branch and if you abide in Me, and I in you, you will bring forth an abundance of fruit, and get things right every time,” John 15:5. There is no such thing as productive branch and no vine!
Even when you seem successful and receive the applause of men, if you did it outside of Me, you did it wrong. Let Me explain: when you accomplish something on your own it may be perfect by human standards, but at its very best it only temporal.
It may be nice, pretty and lovable but it cannot last, because it did not go up to the eternal storage room, it stayed on earth. It stayed on earth because it was not originated by Me.
What ever I originate is eternal, if flesh does not hijack it, before it accomplishes what I sent it to do.
Here are the foundational facts:
“The first man Adam was of the earth or earthy: the second man was Me from heaven. [48] If Adam was earthly, you as his descendant also are earthly and what ever you do without Me is earthly. However, because I am heavenly, so are you, if you abide in Me and I in you! While you are abiding in Me, everything you do becomes heavenly and thus eternal and is stored in heaven for you! [50] Now here’s the bottom line; flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God; neither are your temporal flesh accomplishments stored up in an eternal spiritual kingdom,” 1 Corinthians 15:47-50.
Therefore every moment that you spend doing your own thing, is a gigantic loss in eternity. If you could only see what those who have little or nothing on earth, have stored up for them, you would instantly change your lifestyle. Your outlook would change, your attitude would change, your habits would change, and you would sacrifice everything.
But you are not going to see it ahead of time, so you will have to take My word for it that your “eye has not seen, nor your ear heard, nor has it entered into your heart, the things which I have prepared for you if you truly love Me enough to abide in Me and stop doing your own thing,” 1 Corinthians 2:9.
