Wisdom From Above
3 Words in 1
Christ Died for the Ungodly
The Word That Was Sent is for those who are sent.
Jesus was sent for those willing to repent.
For you have been called for such a time as this.
All the times He has said to you “I have called you by name; you are mine,” Is always a reminder that you have been made a Temple of The Holy Spirit, and you are not your own.
We tend to forget the fact we have been purchased by the Blood that was shed.
Let this mind therefor be in you, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for the ungodly.
Now therefor, you are of God, little children, and the evil one touches you not, for greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.
The Wisdom of the Father’s Grace
Wisdom comes with Grace and Humility.
It is in humility and The Fear of The LORD are riches, honor and life.
Your body truly is the Temple of The Holy Spirit, and you are not your own.
Since it is by Grace that you are saved, through Faith and not of works, it is the gift from God, and The Holy Spirit makes that indwelling a life-giving Temple of The Holy Spirit.
You have been given power because The Holy Spirit is upon you and within you.
Therefore, arise and shine for you light has come, and the Spirit of The LORD is rising upon you.
He is as a tender dove, like when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the river Jordan.
Humbling yourself in His Presence means repentance from your ways of doing things that are not pleasing to Him.
Repenting from sin and attitudes you have developed about Who He really is.
When Jesus was baptized by John, John spoke up saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and you come to me?” Jesus answered, “It has to be this way in order to fulfill all righteousness.” (Matthew 3:15)
When he baptized Jesus in the river Jordan, then John saw The Holy Spirit descend upon Jesus in the form of a dove and Jesus was baptized by The Holy Spirit. Jesus was also demonstrating His own humility to fulfill the righteousness that He spoke of to John.
The power of The Holy Spirit in the life of Jesus demonstrated the will of the Father, for God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting, eternal life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him would be saved.
Wisdom From Above
The Wisdom from above is first, pure, then peaceable.
How, then, should we be when we need this wisdom for ourselves?
If we let the peace of God rule in our hearts it will be easier to receive it.
After all, a double minded man would not think that he will receive anything from God.
His ways would be unstable. His thoughts unfocused on Who he should believe and totally miss what wisdom is passing by him.
His mind would be like a Teflon lined pan; nothing sticks. For without Faith, it is impossible to please God; for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is the rewarder to those diligently seek Him.
