Declarations & Decrees: You Hear the Voice of God, the One Who Called You, Above All Others!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- We decree and declare you are CHOSEN of God, you are His SERVANT; LISTEN to Him! He made you, FORMED you in your mother’s womb; He will HELP you: Don’t be afraid!
- We decree and declare you HEAR the Lord of Hosts, the King and Redeemer of Israel.
He is the First and the Last, there is no God besides Him.
He set up the ETERNAL People; He foretells FUTURE signs and events.
He will GUIDE you in your way.
- We decree and declare we will not be frightened or afraid – He told us LONG AGO, He foretold it, and we are His WITNESSES.
There is no other God, there is no other ROCK besides our God.
We know His voice and He knows each of us and where we are.
- We decree you REMEMBER and dwell in the PRESENCE of the Lord your God, Who formed you.
He called you and you are His Servant.
He has wiped away your offenses and redeemed you.
He keeps and PROTECTS you as you go on your way.
- We declare the Heavens sing of God’s REDEMPTION, the depths of the Earth SHOUT; Mountains, break out into SONG, along with every tree in the forest!
The Lord has REDEEMED you.
He has redeemed Jacob, He GLORIFIES Himself in Israel!
- We decree and declare the Lord, your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb, confirms your prophecies and makes your PLANS SUCCEED.
He is rebuilding your land and restoring your ruins.
Know that the Lord PREPARES you for SUCCESS in all you do.
- We declare, the Lord is your LIGHT and SALVATION; He is the STRONGHOLD of your life; you will not fear.
He calls you to LIVE in His House FOREVER and to see His BEAUTY.
- We decree and declare the Lord CONCEALS you in His SHELTER on the day of trouble, He HIDES you in the folds of His TENT, He sets you high on a ROCK.
You are LIFTED UP above your surrounding foes!
Therefore, you offer sacrifices with SHOUTS of JOY; you sing PRAISES to the Lord!
- We decree and declare the Lord LISTENS to your voice when you cry; He shows FAVOR to you and ANSWERS you.
My heart SEEKS the face of the Lord.
He will not hide His face from you.
He is your HELP; He will not abandon you or leave you; He is your SAVIOR.
- We decree and declare you HEAR the voice of God, who picked you out before you were born.
He called you by His GRACE, chose to reveal His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, to you so that you will be a voice to the People. Hear God, Holy Spirit, whose voice is CLEAR and DIRECT.
- We decree and declare the Lord is calling the lost, those who have persecuted Believers; they will turn to Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah and be used MIGHTILY in the SALVATION of multitudes.
- We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 “But now listen, O Jacob, My servant, and Israel, whom I have chosen: 2 Thus says the Lord who made you and formed you from the womb, who will help you, ‘Do not fear, O Jacob My servant; and you Jeshurun whom I have chosen…..
…… 6 “Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: ‘I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God besides Me. 7 ‘Who is like Me? Let him proclaim and declare it; yes, let him recount it to Me in order, from the time that I established the ancient nation. And let them declare to them the things that are coming and the events that are going to take place. 8 ‘Do not tremble and do not be afraid; have I not long since announced it to you and declared it? And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, or is there any other Rock? I know of none……’”
…….. 21 “Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant, O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me. 22 “I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud and your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.” 23 Shout for joy, O heavens, for the Lord has done it! Shout joyfully, you lower parts of the earth; break forth into a shout of joy, you mountains, O forest, and every tree in it; for the Lord has redeemed Jacob and in Israel He shows forth His glory. 24 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, and the one who formed you from the womb, “I, the Lord, am the maker of all things, stretching out the heavens by Myself and spreading out the earth all alone, 25 Causing the omens of boasters to fail, making fools out of diviners, causing wise men to draw back and turning their knowledge into foolishness, 26 Confirming the word of His servant and performing the purpose of His messengers. It is I who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited!’ and of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built.’ and I will raise up her ruins again. 27 “It is I who says to the depth of the sea, ‘Be dried up!’ And I will make your rivers dry,” Isaiah 44:1-2, 6-8, 21-27.
“1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life; whom shall I dread? 2 When evildoers came upon me to devour my flesh, my adversaries and my enemies, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though a host encamp against me, my heart will not fear; though war arise against me, in spite of this I shall be confident. 4 One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple. 5 For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; in the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock. 6 And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, and I will offer in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord. 7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice, and be gracious to me and answer me. 8 When You said, “Seek My face,” my heart said to You, “Your face, O Lord, I shall seek.” 9 Do not hide Your face from me, do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; do not abandon me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation! 10 For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me up. 11 Teach me Your way, O Lord, and lead me in a level path because of my foes. 12 Do not deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen against me, and such as breathe out violence. 13 I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes, wait for the Lord,” Psalm 27:1-14.
“15 But when God, who had set me apart even from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, was pleased 16 to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood, 17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went away to Arabia, and returned once more to Damascus. 18 Then three years later I went up to Jerusalem to become acquainted with Cephas, and stayed with him fifteen days. 19 But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lord’s brother. 20 (Now in what I am writing to you, I assure you before God that I am not lying.) 21 Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia. 22 I was still unknown by sight to the churches of Judea which were in Christ; 23 but only, they kept hearing, “He who once persecuted us is now preaching the faith which he once tried to destroy.” 24 And they were glorifying God because of me,” Galatians 1:15-24.
~ Dawn Flores
Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
