The fear of anything, always demonstrates the lack of God being in control over that area in your life.
Where The Holy Spirit reigns, there is Love and peace and no reason to fear.
Fear is something not only found in one’s personal life. Fear is also a force to reckon with when it comes to your walk with Christ!
Religion is driven by fear. In fact fear is one of the strongest forces operating in religious circles to keep people bound and to exercise control.
Another terrible factor of fear, is the fear that holds people back from being able to follow The Holy Spirit in their spiritual growth.
This doctrine holds people back from being able to be led of The Holy Spirit. It holds them strictly to the letter of the Scriptures and letters of the New Testament that has been bound together in what today is known as the Bible.
There are numerous problems with this idea and teaching.
One being that Jesus never instructed the disciples to follow the Scriptures.
He gave clear instruction for them to be led of The Holy Spirit!
The second is that no New Testament letters existed for the first 50 years in the church of Acts.
It only became needed as it became more challenging to travel for a variety of reasons. The first Church was Spirit taught and Spirit led. They had a Living and active relationship with The Holy Spirit!
Thirdly there is no clear evidence that what we have as the New Testament letters is in fact complete.
There is a very good chance that future excavations may result in more letters being discovered . It is therefore wrong to assume that all The Holy Spirit ever wanted to communicate is in what we presently have in the Bible.
Fourthly it is an absolute laughable concept to imagine that the God of all creation, Who has no beginning and no end, and Who will never not fit into anything man can phantom Him to be, would he able to be explained or contained within the covers of any book, no matter how thick it may be in volume.
The Holy Spirit clearly tells us through His servant Paul that He “searches” (is actively at work in finding) the deep things and the mysteries of God in order to communicate them in us.
There is no doubt that there are new dimensions of Revelation to be searched out by The Holy Spirit to share with us in 2020 and beyond.
There is no doubt that there is no end to the mysteries of the Person and the ways of God. There is no doubt that, as with Paul, new Revelations of The Holy Spirit will be communicated in order to cause the church to excel into new dimensions of Glory, from Glory to Glory.
What hinders many from entering in?
Where does this fear originate from? From wrong teaching and religious sects who seek to keep people bound to their way of understanding and interpreting the Scriptures.
Leaders who love to make people dependent upon things in order to serve God. Leaders who fear anyone who would become free from everything else, except being bound to God.
Religion fears freedom, because it is the one thing they cannot control!
So a free person is quickly branded as being a renegade or an “orphan spirit”, which in itself is totally unscriptural since Jesus promised us that He would not leave us as orphans but that The Holy Spirit would come to be our Comforter, Leader and Teacher!
Jesus warned that the religious leaders of His day could not find an entrance into the Kingdom of God, and because they could not enter, they kept others from entering also.
Because they rejected His teaching which would cause them to enter into the Spirit realm and have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit is saying -and relied instead upon their traditions, and missed the Kingdom by a mile!
So let us get some perspective. How should we as New Testament believers be treating the Scriptures.
Firstly we ought to study them.
Secondly we ought to obey them.
Thirdly we ought to learn from them.
And The Holy Spirit? How should our relationship be with The Holy Spirit?
We ought to FOLLOW HIM! We can learn from Scripture, but we HAVE TO FOLLOW The Holy Spirit if we are going to have any fruit in terms of finding ourselves in the present will of God!
So don’t allow leaders who themselves do not know God’s voice and the leading of The Holy Spirit, to keep you a prisoner to their beliefs.
Do not be duped by leaders trying to fill your heart with fear and doubt! Do not be found unwilling to move when The Holy Spirit beckons you to go into a new Revelation, no matter if you have never known it before!
Do not fear change! Do not listen to the religious in the boat when Jesus is calling you to walk on the water!
Faith operates not in what is known or seen, it always calls us to step forward in the absolute assurance that our Father has the best intentions for us and that when He calls us to walk on uncharted waters, we can rest assured that He is walking with you every step of the way.
As with every other new move of The Holy Spirit, there will always be naysayers, religious teachers and prophets of doom. It has always been so and it will never change.
What has also never changed is that you will have a choice, just as others did, to become a history maker, or to freeze as a religious pillar of salt.
Either way, history will record you and include you, or leave you in the past as a sign for others to never look back when The Holy Spirit is moving forward and calling you to follow.
Something else that will never change is the fact that people will be deceived at times of change. Firstly there will always be those who will abuse what God is presenting and who will pollute it for their own fleshly gain.
Secondly there will be those who will call on people not to go with God when change comes, because of the fact that they may be misled.
This second group is as false and misleading as the first! They are equally wrong in what they are doing, because they are withstanding, and encouraging others to also withstand, a move of God!
Don’t find yourself in either of these. Find the right line of solid truth wherein The Holy Spirit is guiding you, and follow step by step, as He leads you into your new realm of glory and causes you to grow into the maturity of becoming the son God had dreamed you up to be, before the foundations of the world was ever laid!
As a final note, I hear that what The Holy Spirit is unfolding to His apostolic pioneers in His new season, is now being branded as a “new trend”.
I want to make it categorically clear that what I present to you in teaching has been received by Impartation of The Holy Spirit, and not from any man.
So while some may call it a trend — I for one, call it REVELATION, and let him or her be careful before lifting a stone against it!
Like those in the Sanhedrin of old, in flogging the messengers of the Master — you may find yourself fighting against God Himself!
Follow The Holy Spirit, and in doing so, you will never be led astray by men!
God bless you!
