The Season of Open and Closed Doors

“And the key of the house of David I will lay upon his shoulder; he shall open and no one shall shut, he shall shut and no one shall open”   Isaiah 22:22 (AMP).

As I was seeking the Lord this morning I heard Him say..

“This is the year of open doors and closed doors.  Once I open a door no man will be able to close it and I am opening many for my people in this season.  Wherefore the doors that have been shut to you in the past because of fear, intolerance, prejudice, social status,or gender, will now be open again to you and not only will they be open they will fling wide!  For you will look and those who tried to stop you in the past will no longer be the keeper of that door!!  You will see my people, oh yes you will see and in that day you will know that I am God and that I am He that opens doors!”

“This is also a season of the closed door that no man can open again because as many of you that have walked away from your past in a time when I asked you to walk away have crossed over the threshold and it is a time that I will close that door behind you and you will never look back to the old again!”

“See my people I have always had your best interest at heart and have known that you have my greatness in you!  I have created you for the extraordinary and you will never be satisfied with the mundane again.  I have brought you by a way for a purpose so that you you will loathe what you use to love and you will say get away from me I do not need you to survive this time!!  Yes I am closing doors and bringing you to a new time in your life and you will look back and say that this was a defining moment in my life and yes even the life of those around you!!”

“There will be no more going back to the familiar.”

I just felt butterflies in someones stomach and the Lord said that

“…  You are a bit afraid of the future but that you also are now looking forward in anticipation!!  Oh the wonders, signs and miracles that I am about to show you!  It will be as if you went from one dimension to another as I am going to give you the desires of your heart in this season because I trust you with the greater riches.  You will be as a Bride decked in my Glory!!”

I see the Lord waiting and peeking at you through the Lattice and saying:

“Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.  It is the time when we shall run this race together.  Let us run my darling my Love for I have greater things in store for you in this season than in all of the seasons of your past!!  Oh come away and do not look back for there is nothing there of value only that which you have learned of me.  I have greater revelation in this next season…  I have greater secrets to tell you!  We have much to do in this time of harvest!!  So arise my love and look straight at me and I will close the door behind you!!  Oh how I have anticipated this time for it is a time in the earth that the prophets have longed to see.  It is the time of my beloved and it is a time of harvest!”

“My beloved is like a gazelle or a young hart.  Behold, he stands behind the wall of our house, he looks in through the windows, he glances through the lattice.  My beloved speaks and says to me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.  For, behold, the winter is past; the rain is over and gone.  The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing [of birds] has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.  The fig tree puts forth and ripens her green figs, and the vines are in blossom and give forth their fragrance.  Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away”    Song of Solomon 2:9-13 (AMP).
