The Valley of Rephaim
What about those giants you are facing right now?
What is the enemy taunting you with?
Is it sickness in your body, your finances, your ministry?
David found himself in this very deep valley himself. The word “REPHAIM” mean two things in the Hebrew.
It speaks of the giants in the land, but it also is rooted in the word “RAPHA” which speaks of healing and wholeness.
Many of you are in this deep valley of BOTH giants AND healing.
I hear the LORD saying over and over again the word CHAMPIONS! He is raising up a remnant of warrior sons and daughters who have been through the refiners fire and are COMING OUT on TOP, CHAMPIONS INDEED!
But how can there be both giants and healing in the same word, place and season of my life?
People of God in the deepest of valleys with the largest of GIANTS the LORD is both bringing a depth of Himself on the inside of you and is completing a HEALING work within you.
What the enemy has planned for your demise is the very thing the LORD is using to EXPOSE, REVEAL and HEAL those deep areas of woundedness and brokenness you have been carrying.
Some of you have been carrying hurts, roots of bitterness, an inability to trust the LORD or others, offense, rejection, and abandonment.
The Philistines prophetically that you are facing are just a TOOL in the hand of the Living God to peel the layers of your soul back, REVEAL what still needs to be HEALED and dealt with.
I feel such a strong presence of God and anointing on this word.
Take heart people of God, even in your personal REPHAIM, healing is breaking forth. SOMEBODY SHOUT!
Jesus is still doing it!

I was studying Job 26:5 this morning. Searching the original Hebrew meaning of the words “Dead things”.
So I realize the roots come from “Rapha” and that rephaim (giants) and Rapha (healer) are from that root. It was hard to reconcile in my mind. Then as I was concluding I saw your article down in the search results. What a discovery! Inspired by the Holy Spirit undoubtedly!!!! And to what conclusion did it bring me? Confirmation that this fiery trial that we as a family are going through is a struggle to bring total healing. The same message He has brought to me no matter what I am studying in the word( my lifeblood). Thank you for this. God has blessed me greatly through your time , effort , and your love to do His work!
