  1. I have to agree. The church I was going to would do that.  The alter call was given and the spirit was moving and I wanted to see people go to the alter and hang around and worship, but, no, pick up your whatever on the way out and the next service starts at whatever time.  But I don’t know where to go now.  Anyone got an idea in Huntsville, Al?

    • Thot I was alone in my observations. All church services r same. And they copy each other, especially if another church has success in drawing in people. I believe God is using covid to shake up the body, but my own church persists in following the same agenda; several songs, announcement, preach, try 2 get people 2 front 2 b prayed 4. I pray at home, but am made 2 feel guilty if I don’t go 2 the front. They’ve been showing sermons online, but have no desire 2 go back when restrictions r lifted.

  2. “It is written in the Prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’” and not by man.  You Yolanda clearly fall in the former category.  The churches of man fall into the latter.
