Wisdom, Humility and the Preaching of His Word
This morning in prayer, God spoke to me regarding wisdom, humility and the preaching of His word to the Kingdom of God!
You see, before you knew you were called, God already knew this himself! Why? Because He formed you in the belly, He knew that you had this call upon your life to deliver many that have been oppressed and depressed and held captivity by the enemy! That is why He ordained you as a Prophet to (over nations/kingdoms) His people not for your glory, but for His glory and to save many peoples lives from death and the destruction of the enemy!
When God places a special call of deliverance upon His people, He already knows that you must be qualified to lead His people and that is why He, many times, sends His chosen people into obscurity (the unknown) to be trained directly by either Him (Hod) or a mentor of His choice! (Jeremiah 1:4-6).
Just as Jeremiah, Moses, and the Prophet David were! You see, it is God who will make that choice, and not man! You can go to school, be raised in a church etc….. but ultimately, it is God who moves upon one’s mouth to speak. Not being a great orator, will help you in this season! No! It is God who chooses a king for His nation, His people.
I heard God this morning saying, that many have gone, (on there own) and many were called by Him (God), and many were chosen by man; but either way, God will get the glory in this season! Why? You see, God knows that there are some who do not have the right motive for preaching and teaching His word, but yet it is preached: whether for envy and strife; and some from goodwill: some is preached Christ out of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: but the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel, but, notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretense, or in truth, Christ is preached: and we there in do rejoice! (Philippians 1:15-19).
What is God saying here? Well, He is saying that it does not matter the reason why that person is preaching: if they are called by Him or not! The gospel of Christ will still turn to salvation, but the person who is preaching and teaching the word and who are not called according to God’s will: will suffer loss (soul with be lost), but the Word of God and the works that he or she does, will not; however, hell will be that person’s home! Why? Because gifts and callings of God are without repentance and are irrevocable! (Romans 11:29). How sad! My heart cries out for those who come not by the door, but have entered in some other way!
For many are called but few are chosen saith The Lord! (Matthew 22:14) Jesus concludes by saying that many are called (invited to the kingdom),, but only those who have been “chosen” and have received Christ will come. Those who try to come without the covering (your own way) of the blood of Christ for their sins are inadequately clothed and will be sent into “outer darkness,” (v. 13) i.e., hell. Help us o Lord!
For I hear God saying that, “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, (humbly) and whoever comes to Me, I will never drive away (open door). For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day… No one can come to me unless the father who sent me draws him, and God said that He will raise him up at the last day as it is written in the prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’
Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from Him comes to me” (John 6:37-39, 44-45). How do we know if we are among the few that have ears to hear? By responding to the call, and the assurance of this certain call, this chosen call that it is from the holy ghost which says, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).
You see, many can say that they are called by God, but if they don’t respond correctly to the call: they will have missed God all together and this is not something you can do on your own, but it must indeed be by both appointment and the anointing, of the Holy Spirit himself!
I heard God say that when He raises up a Prophet, he or she will not be afraid to speak thus, saith The Lord, but they will go to all that He sends them and He will touch their mouths to speak! Just as he did Jeremiah when He commanded him to speak! The Lord said He will put forth His hand to touch your mouth and against both nations and kingdoms in this season and you will root out, pull down, destroy, and plant where ever He sends you to in this season (Jeremiah 1:8-10).
This morning, God also said to me that there is no sense arguing the word with foolish people in this season, because some folks do not want to know the truth, but there are some that truly want salvation!
So those who do not, we as God’s elect, will have to be able to rightfully discern when a person is sincere and when they are simply playing games with us, and are wasting our time, seeking salvation!
I hear God saying, the Holy Ghost is a gentleman and His people don’t have time for foolishness. You either want to be saved (chosen, called, and anointed by God) or you don’t, but neither God or His elect are going to waste time with your foolishness in this season! You, God, and the works of darkness which is Satan, knows if you are sincere or not; and when God opens the eyes of His people, they will also know!
The call is being made for all those who will receive The Lord with gladness! (Jeremiah 5: 1-26).
