Bring back “the Village” — A Prayer for the Youth
And I heard The LORD say, “Let the Children Come!”
The LORD is saying, “Do not forget the children and the things they suffer!”
I want to comment on their pain.
Many children are experiencing encounters from unnatural spiritual worlds that their parents have not tapped into.
Because they dare, and take on challenges easily; the enemy is filling their heads with evil unpleasantries.
The enemy is recruiting his new army with our children. Parents take note, that some of your children are willing to follow Satan without much persuasion.
This enemy of God presents his case to young people and tends to overshadow the voice of Christ as he speaks loud and boisterous.
Parents and guardians, teach your children how to hear The Voice of God. Tell them that a loud pushy voice — is not from The LORD.
The Prophet Elijah won a great spiritual battle, then he began to listen to Jezebel’s loud boisterous voice and became shackled by fear. The Prophet found himself inside a cave, which represents spiritual darkness.
Elijah really needed to hear The True Voice God.
The LORD produced several miraculous things before Elijah in the form of the wind, an earthquake, and then a fire. All these demonstrations of power I imagine came with “big booms and blasts”.
I believe God was showing Elijah His power — but also letting him know, no miracle is greater than His Word and Voice.
Nevertheless, when Elijah begin to hear God’s Voice — it was a still small voice!
“And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before The LORD. And, behold, The LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before The LORD; but The LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but The LORD was not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire; but The LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?” 1 Kings 19:11-13
Satan speaks directly in ears and aims for hearts; he doesn’t have much experience speaking to our spirits, so he dives right in on the mind, will, and emotions of our children.
LORD Father, LORD of Lords, Most Holy One of Israel, life giver and sustainer, holder of keys to Eternal Life, we pray from this place of obedience stating:
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” Luke 18:1
Father we appeal to You as All-powerful, Self-sufficient, Independent, Brave-Bold-and Courageous.
LORD, You are Omnipotent and Omnipresent, and Your existence covers from Beginning to End, from Everlasting to Everlasting and throughout all Eternity.
Emmanuel, God with us, thank You that we are not alone. Thank You for Holy Spirit’s comfort, wisdom, presence, and protection as a Keeper.
Thank You Holy Spirit, for keeping, guarding, and protecting our Faith, Hope, and Trust, in a Risen Savior.
Thank You Holy Spirit, for being the custodian of God’s promises, making them fresh alive, and new!
Thank You Adonai, for the eternal offering of Jesus, which His shed blood prevents us from feeling inadequate and unworthy of Salvation.
Thank You Abba Father, for Jesus sacred blood, which is acceptable for all sin committed in unrighteousness.
Father we refuse to take a knee to idol gods and renounce any that are not:
Jehovah-M’Kaddesh : The LORD Who Sanctifies
Jehovah-Rohi : The LORD My Shepherd
Jehovah-Jireh : The LORD Shall Provide
Jehovah-Rapha : The LORD Who Heals
Jehovah-Nissi : The LORD Is My Banner
Jehovah-Shalom : The LORD Who Is Peace
Jehovah-Shammah : The LORD Who Is There
Jehovah-Tsidkenu : The LORD Who Is Righteous
Father, we come as Elders and Tribesmen from a village of people who desire delighting in Your perfect will.
We the people of God repent of all known sin and ask The Holy Spirit to reveal all hidden un-repented sins.
Forgive us LORD, for picking up burdens as if we were grocery shopping and purchasing things we do not need. Father we repent.
Our eyes are open unto Your Word and we return every burden, care, and worry, all anxiety, doubt-unbelief, every lie of the enemy concerning our children, and we eat Your instructions:
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.” Psalm 51:10-11
Father we repent as parents, grandparents, neighbors, The Church, and the community at large for not doing our parts to bring our families back together as a village.
We vow to “Bring Back the Village” that gives our children a jump-start in life.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith The LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11
Forgive the adults of this city and surrounding areas for succumbing to fear.
LORD, we vow to put away that trashy spirit of fear and all its torment. Into the garbage you go!
In the Name of Jesus, we Declare and Confess our continual walk by Faith — and not by sight. We have no fear — we walk in love, honor and trust to our Savior.
We as a Village receive the Love and Instructions that will save and guide our children. Help us to remember the Holy teachings in Your Word:
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
“He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.” Proverbs 13:24
“Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.” Proverbs 19:18
“Honour thy father and thy mother, as The LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which The LORD thy God giveth thee.” Deuteronomy 5:16
As a tribe, we call on Jehovah-Gibbor and ask You to fight on behalf of our children.
LORD save, deliver, heal, protect, set free, and transform, the minds of our children.
Oh, Father give the young people of this city a desire for intimacy with the Only True and Living God.
As parents, grandparents, guardians, caregivers, neighbors, and the community at large, we denounce idol worship on behalf of this city’s children.
LORD we speak safety into the atmosphere, open up the Heavens and let freedom ring.
Father I pray our children will not be ashamed to worship openly.
LORD I pray that worshipping You in Spirit and Truth will be our children’s portion.
Guardian Angels, swoop up our children from violence, gangs, murder, rape, robbery, suicidal thoughts, and all wickedness that prevents Your light from shinning in their lives.
LORD we ask that You provide safe havens and sanctuaries of peace for all children.
Close the door to evil so that it might not grieve our children and not allow them to enter into temptation.
Thank You Heavenly Father for boldness and courage granted to our children caught in the crossfire of trouble and difficult times.
Help us to teach our children Holiness and Righteous as a part of our Christian heritage.
LORD You are the breath of Life in our children’s mouth.
“Thank You for giving them the boldness to call out wrong. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32
In the name of Jesus, we declare our children are able to discern Truth from lies and they choose Truth!
Thank YOU OH GOD, that the Comforter is come and the power of The Holy Ghost is triumphant in our city.
.Thank You LORD that our children do not compromise or form alliance with evil.
We denounce failure and repeated sin over our children.
We break the mold of devil’s food that created lies feeding our young people’s eyes, ears, and that which filters into their brain and heart.
Not only do we break the mold but also we destroy all breadcrumbs, lollipops, gumdrops, gummy bears, and every editable thing that distracts from Truth.
In The Name of Jesus, we disband every ingredient that formed this mold.
We uproot and break the curse of slavery to sin in our children’s bloodline.
We Declare in The Name of Jesus that sin is not part of our children’s inheritance.
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” Acts 20:32
“Blessed be the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,” 1 Peter 1:3-4
“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.” Acts 26:18
Father, in The Name of Jesus, we destroy, dismantle, dethrone, uproot, and banish from existence, all lies coming from Satan telling our children they are not loved.
We the people of God cancel the spirit of rejection and abandonment we push forth God’s Agape Love to every wounded soul.
LORD we pray Your Word:
“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and The LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it pleased The LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of The LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.” Isaiah 53:4-11
