True leadership leaves a spiritual inheritance a legacy through those whom they have trained and taught.
Their revelations, insight and wisdom is left in those they have poured into.
They are never intimidated jealous or insecure about those they have imparted into, for they know that if they have done their job the foundation of the vision will never be destroyed, but it will be increased enhanced and continued to grow greater.
If you have persons in your circle who have not grown from your leadership, then you need to ask God, is this somebody who needs to be there?
Those assigned to you should have grown with you!
First – Learn to Use a Towel!
Dear Spiritual Children and Mentees: If you never learn the ministry of the towel, you can never learn to minister to the nations!
The anointing to break yokes lies in the ability to use the towel.
While you were being affirmed, while you were being ordained, while you were putting on all the attire, you forgot the one thing Jesus used to show your servant-hood to Him and others.
It wasn’t the articles of clothing you put on, the ring that you used to represent your calling or the cross you put around your neck that are important. When Jesus got ready to send the disciples forth, He use a common everyday article called a TOWEL!
If all your leaders can teach you, is to mount a platform and not how to bow and wash feet, then you have the wrong teacher.
A great teacher teaches you humility and servant-hood, not pride and position!
My job is not to get you in a robe, but how to use a towel!
Those called today don’t want a leader with character, integrity or dignity. They only want money hungry, status grabbing, compromising men or woman who can get them in doors, or on a major platform.
Don’t ask me to cover or mentor you if you not willing to wash feet! I’m not building egos, I’m building Christ within you!
