This morning I am posting out of my unpublished book of a Daily Prophetic Journal, page 27 — I pray it encourages you:
Stagnation is a state of being still, or not moving, like a sitting puddle of water.
A place where there is stagnation there is no growth and it can attract mosquitoes.
The root of stagnation is the Latin word for “standing water,” stagnatum. There is a difference between standing still and stagnation.
It is important that you don’t allow yourself to become stagnant. It is good to stop and consider things.
It is important to process situations, rest your mind and receive the LORD’s wisdom on a matter.
“It is also vital to wait, watch and pray in My Presence. Don’t let the sticks of adversity, the rocks of accusation and the debris of envy be thrown in your stream.
“Don’t be stilled, stifled and marginalized by that which wants to hinder your progress. Remove that which is polluting your spirit, keep it going. Keep it growing and keep glowing.
“Operate out of a pure stream. Keep a steady flow of living waters to cleanse and purify your soul.
“Let My Peace pacify your heart and strengthen your resolve. Know that I AM moving on your behalf and everything that I have promised even that which I prophesied shall come to pass.
“So stay before me in this place of My Presence. I speak calmness to your spirit and the torrent winds will not come nigh your steady stream of thought.
“Be diligent in prayer, in praise with gratitude. Know . . . not one word will fall to the ground. For you are worthy of My best.”
“For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly,” Psalm 84:11.
“There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, The holy dwelling places of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.….” Psalm 46:4-5.
