The Door to the Sheepfold
Jesus/ Yeshua is The Door to the Sheepfold!
The fact is, Jesus is The Door to The Church which is His Sheepfold.
If you come into The Church to be part with them, you must come in through the “Only Door” …. His Name is Jesus Christ. Some also call Him, Yeshua.
There is no way into The Church — or Sheepfold — but by Jesus or Yeshua. If one does not know Him, then they are not able to come in.
Some are trying to come in by crawling over the wall, or sneeking in. The fact is, Yeshua/ Jesus does know them, who they are. They are thieves and robbers, liars, cheats, false professors, etc.
Also, those who are genuine and real are called Sheep. Their is no room for any goats, or otherwise in The Church.
Sheep only! This makes it a very exclusive membership!
Also, Jesus speaks to all His Sheep, and they know His Voice — and they follow him.
They know… and understand that “Only Jesus/ Yeshua” knows the way to go forward.
One final thought that belongs here is, just because Jesus is The Door and The Shepherd to the Sheep…
does not mean that He can’t hire under-shepherds to care for His Sheep.
That under-shepherd is the…. Pastor.
Any one who is called a Pastor, is called to care for God’s Sheep, and he himself must go in and out through Jesus/ Yeshua, Who is The Door.
He, like Jesus/ Yeshua is there to protect the Sheep and to love them, to guide them and lead them in the very footsteps of His great Shepherd.
He cares for the Sheep and wants to be with them to help them.
Some “Pastors” are not Sheep, and therefore they are not Shepherds, for a Shepherd of the Sheep will follow none other than Yeshua/ Jesus.
He is a genuine article. One truly saved and a proper one of the Sheep in the whole Sheepfold.
Today, we have many calling themselves Pastors, who are not Shepherds, but really they are liars, thieves, cheats… and goats.
They really do not even care about the Sheep, but are there to fleece them of all they have.
Watch for “The Shepherd” and know his true under-shepherds know who they are for sure!
You will be part of a very unique group for sure.. When not only a Sheep but one who has a true Shepherd.
Jesus is The Head of The Church.
The Pastor is part with that Church.
Jesus is his LORD — and the true Pastor follows Him.
The Sheepfold of God is — The Church!
Scripture:
“Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” John 10:7-11
