Beloved, many are the times I have seen the Lord in a vision, seated at His desk and writing. Yes, the Lord Jesus has His own desk from which He determines what will happen on earth.
Sometimes I see Him erasing and writing again. But, what exactly will He be writing and rewriting? He writes and rewrites the destinies of men. You see, every action that men take on the earth leads to a divine reaction. Every decision that you have taken as a man determined how heaven responded to you, and every decision that you will take today and in the future will also be the determinant of heaven’s response to you. God will always tell us what Heaven wants to be accomplished on Earth, but the response of men to those words is what will actually determine what will happen on the earth.
Every time men go against what God wants to be done, [For understand that the books of our lives have already been written, what every one of us should accomplish on the earth, before we were yet born, and that each one of us have a personal book for our earthly destinies], God has to change the story-line.
Yesterday, as I spent time before the Lord, I suddenly had a vision of Him seated at His golden desk again, and writing with His usual golden pen. Immediately, I fully knew in my spirit what he was writing: it was the destinies of his people who have been disappointed in their past. I knew that the time has come for Him to remember those who – their expectations being crushed – felt like there was nothing else for them.
I want to speak to you, for you may be one of them. Do not let it bother you that it did not work out like you thought it would the last time. For you see, you may be working hard to make sure you obey God and do all that He commands, yet somebody else, whose destiny is tied to your destiny, is not co-operating with God. Do not fret yourself. God doesn’t lose anything, and God is never stopped for what he wants to do in your life.
So you thought that was the person who was supposed to help you, but they never did what was required; so you thought that was the person you were supposed to marry or get married to, but they never co-operated with God, or passed on [Remember the story of Ruth, when Mahlon passed on, that was when Boaz came – a better one is coming]; so you thought that was the spouse you were going to live with forever, but they never got to stay with you for the many years you expected.
Yes, you may have thought that was the spiritual father for you, but they stopped working with God and left you off; you thought that relative was going to be your sponsor, because God had spoken and showed it to you in a vision, but they cast you off and cut off the supply; you thought you would get hired by that company because God showed you that you would work there, but they took in somebody else; so you thought you would leave your country and go to serve God in that nation, but you were denied the VISA to that country; God said He would bless you in that country and make you great, but the battle was too intense for you and you found yourself leaving; ah, I have come with good news for you: in the face of all these things – and what else you can mention – you have lost nothing of your destiny.
You see, the same God who wrote in your book that these things should happen in your life at the first, is the same God who is able to REWRITE again. Whenever people refuse to co-operate with what God has determined to happen for you, God will basically rise to do just what the potter did with the jar of clay: He will take the same material and make something better of it.
I am here to speak to someone: Of the mess that you see in your life. God is about to take and make something even better and greater for you.
Whenever men [or the kingdom of darkness] short-circuit us of our divinely ordained blessings, God will simply take the book of our lives and rewrite what should happen in our lives again. Hey, everyone has a script for their OWN BOOK! [I have seen the vault in heaven carrying so many books. Read Psalm 139, and see David speak about his book. I am certain that he had seen this in a vision. Nothing just happens, and there is actually nothing to brag about of our lives, because we are all basically just following the script.
That is why He said it is not of him who wills or runs but of God who allocates]. Your reaction and other peoples’ reactions determine whether what is written of us will remain the same, or, God has to change the script again. Secondly, through prayers to God, our books can be rewritten. That is why you must pray much.
Now, I find that men are serious defaulters. Why so? Because I always see the Lord Jesus rewriting in the books of His people! Also I have seen Him in many occasions totally displeased and quite angered with us. Why? Because after He had written, or even rewritten the script of our lives, we still mess it up. Or at times we mess up the script of other people’s lives – because their story is tied in to our story. God can even kill you for messing up important things that should have happened on the earth.
There are many who are in the Body of Christ who think the Lord is with them, but they do not know that their last action totally angered God to put their lives on hold [put a tab on the life of Moses and what resulted from his disobedience]. Such people will be wondering why their lives are not progressing. I have even seen God put people on hold for years! Yes, You must never mess up with God; for when you do so, you are messing up your own destiny.
Take for example the story of Judah in the book of Genesis whose son died and therefore his other son was required to take over the marital duty of his brother and raise seed for him. Here is the story:
“And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, and her name was Tamar. But Er, Judah’s firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD, and THE LORD PUT HIM TO DEATH. Then Judah said to Onan, ‘Go in to your brother’s wife and perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her, and raise up offspring for your brother.’ But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his. So whenever he went in to his brother’s wife he would waste the semen on the ground, so as not to give offspring to his brother. And what he did was wicked in the sight of the LORD, and HE PUT HIM TO DEATH ALSO,” Genesis 38:6-10.
These two annoyed the Lord to slay them, because they would not carry on the responsibility that was laid upon them (take note that this is the lineage of Christ). God can kill one who does not play according to His script. I do not want to mention many others, who are also noted in the Bible, but think of Ananias and Sapphira and also Balaam for now.
Today, I have come to make a declaration over your life: no matter who leaves you, abdicates their role, disobeys The Lord, or disappoints you, you will never go down.
What was meant to be a disappointment in your life will end up being another divine appointment for your life.
Just as I saw the Lord rewriting, if your faith is in agreement with this word, then you are the one I am speaking of: God is rewriting your story and your destiny.
He is bringing in new people; He is bringing in new divine helpers; He is bringing to you new job openings; He is bringing a new man/woman into your life; He is opening new doors and making new ways; He is giving you new children, new husband, and new opportunities.
Hey, He is giving you a better than what you lost! Ah, I declare it: your destiny has been re-written for your best, in Jesus name.
Your book may have begun as a good book, but regardless of what went wrong, your story has now become better and your book will end as the best of books, in Jesus name!
Come on, activate your faith and receive your new divine appointments, in Jesus’ name!
~ Apostle Paul A Williams
