Leaders before you answer or make a decision or judge a situation, LISTEN to what the Spirit is saying and not just what your emotions and intellect is saying.

Yes, God dislikes Pride and Arrogance . .  I guess there is no other way to say it.  According to the writings in Proverbs, this is true.

Your identity in Christ Jesus is through the grace of God, whereby you are in the immersion of that grace, which comes through the righteousness of Christ. 

Wise leaders, have many times in the past, felt when the Holy Ghost wanted to move.  They were sensitive to the Spirit, moving in sync with the Holy Ghost.
