Have you ever noticed that there are times in your life when God is moving on your behalf in a phenomenal way, but suddenly, it seems as if the enemy came along and all hell broke loose?
You may have been in a season of receiving revelation every time you read The Word, but all of a sudden the brook seemed to dry up.
You may have been fasting and praying and receiving a series of dreams from The Holy Spirit, but then someone came along and convinced you that you were delusional.
The advisory will do everything to try to discourage you and shatter your dreams. One of the greatest weapons that he uses is the spirit of offense.
He will use people to hurt you, gossip about you or try to offend you. The bible says in Proverbs 18:19 (TPT):
“It is easier to conquer a strong city than to win back a friend whom you’ve offended. Their walls go up, making it nearly impossible to win them back.”
The LORD is showing me right now that some of you have been so misled that you are beginning to wonder if you are just imagining the things that The Holy Spirit has been showing you.
You’ve been so deceived that you are doubting the Word of God to be true. There is someone who has been betrayed and you are now afraid to trust anyone.
Many of you have been through fiery trials that have caused you to doubt Jesus plan for your life and ministry.
Many have encountered spiritual warfare on a level that you’ve never known before and you are having a difficult time getting back on course.
You’ve been shaken to the core, and about to quit, but The LORD says: “Do not fear! I AM preparing you for a higher place. You’ve been designed to be a warrior and created to withstand the storms.”
He’s calling you to come back to your first love. He wants to reignite the fire and rekindle the flame.
A couple of years ago the The Holy Spirit gave me a vision of someone falling back into a huge oversized easy chair and slowly sinking into it.
He showed me how some believers are getting comfortable and lax in their relationship with Him. The distractions of the world took them away from the zeal that they once had.
You may be having a difficult time reconnecting with The LORD and getting back to the relationship that you had with Him.
You’ve become complacent in your comfort zone, but it’s time to advance forward rather than retreat. Remember, you will conform to whatever you partake of.
He’s calling you to get back into His Word. Whatever you feed will grow. There are many gifts and callings that The LORD has for the body of Christ in the days ahead.
Don’t deviate from His Will. He desires to bring you back and raise you up to new heights.
“Come back to your first love and let Me bring My Plans for you to completion,” says The LORD of Hosts.
“A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city, and contentions are like the bars of a castle.” Proverbs 18:19.
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk .through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” Isaiah 43:1-2.
“I also know how you have bravely endured trials and persecutions because of my name, yet you have not become discouraged. But I have this against you: you have abandoned the passionate love you had for me at the beginning. Think about how far you have fallen! Repent and do the works of love you did at first. I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place of influence if you do not repent.” Revelation 2:3-4.
Blessings in Christ Jesus,
