The Season for Giant Slayers!
You were chosen and born to be a giant slayer for this time and for this season.
God says that He has strategically placed and positioned you in your city, community, ministry, career/ job, market place, or where ever you are in your life at this very moment.
You will know who you are, because God has anointed your life to come against and oppose the “Giant and Pharaoh” mentalities that exist among and within people, entities, businesses, corporations, organizations, governments and nations.
This mind set of pride, self-sufficiency, and invincibility is a fist of defiance in the face of almighty God.
God hates boasting and pride! (Proverbs 6:16-19) They sneer, jeer, and laugh and say amongst themselves, “We are untouchable, unreachable, and “Too big” to be cut down and bought low,” but when they least expect it, God will use you, His anointed and chosen giant slayer as a sword to “behead” and slay this Goliath and Pharaoh mentality.
God says they have boasted, bragged and sneered long enough as they have not taken advantage of his grace and mercy and to use this time for repentance. But instead, they seem to get more proud, more pompous, and more arrogant as time goes on.
But this is a decree to them from God Almighty, to announce that their judgement and fate has been sealed and is unopposed because they shall know it and still cannot stop God’s mighty hand against them.
And just as David was anointed, chosen, and destined to slay Goliath, the giant, so have you been anointed, chosen, and destined as “God’s sword” to bring down and slay the giants and Pharaohs that he has placed in your path.
Pompous: Characterized by excessive self-esteem or exaggerated dignity; pretentious.
Decree: An official order issued by a legal authority.
Meditation: 1 Samuel 17; Ezekiel 34.
“It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God,” Hebrews 10:31.
“Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before stumbling. t is better to be humble in spirit with the lowly than to divide the spoil with the proud,” Proverbs 16:18-19.
“As Goliath moved closer to attack, David quickly ran out to meet him. Reaching into his shepherd’s bag and taking out a stone, he hurled it with his sling and hit the philistine in the forehead. The stone sank in, and Goliath stumbled and fell face down on the ground. So David triumphed over the philistine with only a sling and a stone, for he had no sword. Then David ran over and pulled Goliath’s sword from its sheath. David used it to kill him and cut off his head,” 1 Samuel 17:48-51.
God Has Already Answered You!
The best for you is on the horizon. Because you trust him, all that you have been seeking from God will suddenly be answered seemingly in one day.
Even while you are yet praying and seeking, God says that He has already answered you.
Yes, it is already done!
“I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!” Isaiah 65:24.
